The master thesis: „ The Study of Optimization of Production Process“ focouses on optimization of material flow to manufacturing department. First of all there will be shown theoretical approach corresponding with the thesis area and we will introduce production system and portfolio of products. Subsequently a real project will be analyzed and author will describe deficiencies in this project and system. Thanks to theoretical approach there will be found a different solution how to define new system without deficiencies. In the end the author will make a conclusion of newly found solution

Results of design will be measured and examined the gains for the whole company.

Design of a Strategy of a Lean Production Process in a Manufacturing Company

This diploma thesis focuses on design of a layout of selected part of the production process in order to achieve time reduction of production tasks that will lead to the development of business. The analythical part of the diploma thesis contains a detailed description of all production activities carried on the production line, the relationships between workplaces and the measurement of work. Based on the results of the analytical part, proposals were made to achieve the goal, including a new layout of the production line.

This thesis analyzes the current situation of the company ST Profi podlahy. Due to the nature of the business is presented product range the company, business processes and shopping atmosphere. Containing are proposals to expand the supply of goods and services to customers, corporate promotion, a new website and internal corporate signs of potrfolio. Enterprise decreases mainly due to increasing trading floors via the internet for lower prices. Monitoring price of internet retailers and renaming goods is a way how a company can defend itself and remain competitive.

The thesis is focuses on process management of the contracts in G.W. mont, s.r.o., which operates in the field of supply of technological pipes systems. This thesis contains three main parts. The first part is a presentation of the theoretical knowledges, compiled by using of credible sources. The next part is ananalysis of the current state. On the basis of the analytical part is created proposal of solutions leading to increas the customers satisfaction for business development with regard to quality and delivery time.

This work involves two parts — in the first part, I’m describing what the logistics is, its progressing and methods, that exist. Then is going to be described the current state in the firm, production zone and steps for an implementation of Milk Run system.

The master's thesis deals with the purchasing process of network trade within its information system. The thesis focuses in more detail on the individual purchasing activities that take place in the purchasing process. The aim of the analysis of these activities is to find critical points and propose appropriate improvements. The submitted proposals and changes in the information system contribute to streamlining the purchasing process and ultimately to effective management of supplier-customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
