Production of gear wheel

The work deals with the design of gear production technology and the required production series is 80,000 pieces per year. After evaluating various variants of gear production, the method of fine blanking with a vee-shaped was chosen, on which the literature search is also focused. The part will be made of material E 295 with a thickness of 2 mm and the semi-finished product is a coil of sheet metal. Part of the work is also the design of a tool, which is based on technological and control calculations. A three-acting press from the company Šmeral Brno FMB 440 was chosen as the machine. At the end of the work, an economic evaluation was performed.

Dynamic parameters of sports and conventional vehicles

This master´s thesis is focused on chosen dynamic parameters of a sport vehicle represented by student formula Dragon 7 and comparison of these parameters with conventional vehicles represented by two exemplars of ŠKODA Superb III. Driving tests used for the comparison are simulating the real driving situations from the roads in order to possibly use those for the road accident analysis in the future. All the measurements were taken under lower adhesion conditions which might help solving of the road accidents under such conditions in the future. There is also a description of vehicle driving systems and components which have an influence on the vehicle´s driving dynamics incorporated in the thesis.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current production system in the company ALU-COLOR, s.r.o. in terms of material flow. The main outcome is the proposal of new and more efficient deployment of workplaces in the production hall depending on transport distances between sites.The first part of the thesis describes theoretical knowledge of general and production logistics. These findings are then used for data analysis and for the solution proposal in the analytical part.

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the current production system on the production line BS Unit in the company Daikin Device Czech Republic, s.r.o. in terms of material flow and move of worker. The main outcome is the proposal of precaution for improvement of the currently production of proces.The first part of the thesis describes the basic terms and methods from the field of industrial engineering. These findings are then used for data analysis and for the solution proposal in the analytical part.

Production concept of wall mounting bracket

The thesis deals with the solution of the design of the production of a holder for compact switchgear cabinets. The production series was set at 400,000 pcs/year. The part will be made from DC01 steel with a thickness of 2 mm. The equivalent is steel 11 321. Of the possible production variants, the technology of the progressive forming tool was chosen. The arrangement of the blank on the sheet metal strip is a two-row layout, where two components will be produced at once. A coil of sheet metal with exact dimensions was chosen as the semifinished product. The material utilization coefficient is 80.18 %. The part is manufactured in 8 steps and the necessary technological and structural calculations were made for this variant. The total force to produce the part is 1,240 kN. The machine selected is an eccentric crank press from the company Formetal s.r.o., with the designation CC 160. After the actual production, the components will still be galvanized.

Use of addictive substances by children and adolescents in context of their treatment in the Children's psychiatric hospital

The bachelor thesis called Abuse of addictive substances by children and adolescents in context of their therapy in the Children's Psychiatric Hospital is focused on experience of hospitalized girls with abuse of legal and illegal addictive drugs. The theoretical part deals with description of the target group. Furthermore it outlines warning signals, risks and factors of becoming addicted. The practical part of the bachelor thesis surveys experience of the hospitalized girls with abuse of the addictive drugs. Furthermore it finds, when the girls started abusing the addictive drugs and why. The research file contained four girls hospitalized in the Children's psychiatric hospital. The research is carried out by means of semi-structured interviews. On the research questions, an analysis of interviews is made as well as their comparison to results of the ESPAD study. It results from the research that the interviewed girls most often use cigarettes, alcohol and marihuana. The most of them stated experience with abuse of an additive substance till the age of 15 years. The surveyed group most often started abusing additive drugs among friends. Regarding the gender homogeneity of the research sample it would be useful in the future to carry out a similar project with a boy group and to compare the...

Analýza tržního podílu a rozvoje infrastruktury u automobilů využívajících pohon CNG

The bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive overview of CNG topic. Theoretical part is focused on natural gas formation, structure and it´s transport. The operation of the CNG vehicles, tax benefits, garages, services and filling stations requirements are included at the part focused on legislation. Besides car market analysis and infrastructure development there is also a comparison of CNG cars available on Czech car market included. For the best-selling models the differences in construction are mentioned. One of the chapters is focused on possibilities of drives rebuilding. Knowledge obtained during test drives are the most valuable part of the bachelor thesis.
