Constitutional development and the political system of Czechoslovakia after February 1948

This work focuses on constitutional and political development in Czechoslovakia after the coup d'état in February 1948 that performed the Communist Party to gain absolute power. The author examines the nature of the political system immediately after the coup, and the differences between constitutional law and contemporary reality. The author assumes that some establishment not only the constitution but also other laws was just a front for illegal consolidation of a totalitarian regime. First, the work focuses to the period before February 1948, and the aspects that led to the coup, as well as the development of a new constitution, which were not completed before the coup. Second, the February events itself are analyzed with an emphasis on the extent to which took place in accordance with the constitutional order. The period after 1948, when there were illegal consolidation of power by the Communist Party, political purges and radical transformation of society, is analyzed in the following chapters. The author concludes that the future direction of Czechoslovakia was decided soon after the 1945 communist infiltration of the security forces. They also played an important role in the coup itself. Differences in the way the financing of operational, financial leasing vs. customer loan and tax implications in relation to individual entrepreneurs

The main goal of this thesis is to compare financing and leasing assets loan, both operational and financial, work is focused mainly on the tax implications in relation to individual entrepreneurs. The first part describes the differences in accounting for leases and loans, and also compares their different reporting according to Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS. The second part then compares the tax aspects of different methods of financing, which are also showed in the last part of the work.

Comparison of accounting and tax depreciation of fixed assets

Bachelor thesis is focused on accounting and tax depreciation of fixed assets, both in terms of the current czech legislation, as well as the methodology for their calculation. The first part deals with the complete theoretical knowledge necessary for the correct identification of fixed assets and the subsequent calculation of the accounting and tax depreciation. On the general practical example, which is contained in the second and third part shows the procedure for depreciation methodology.
Differences in tax records and accounting of individual entrepreneur

Bachelor thesis is focused on the two most common ways of evidence of economic activity for individual entrepreneurs, double-entry bookkeeping and tax records. The aim of the thesis is to compare these methods of evidence, determine how each are different and define the criteria by which nascent entrepreneurs should decide when choosing the most suitable way of evidence for their business. The first part is devoted to possibilities of individual entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic and the wals of evidence in their business. In the next chapter, accounting and tax records are compared with one another in terms of content, legislation, forms of registration of the individual components of assets and liabilities. The end of chapter compares the obligations associated with the end of the reporting period. The last chapter deals with the transition from tax records to accounting. Summary example illustrates the practical application of tax records and accounting and is used to compare the impact of both records on the tax base.
The quality of toys in the context of brand: Safe and quality toy and Safe toys.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of quality of toys on the Czech market in context of quality toy brands Safe and Secure toys. Both of these brands are part of the Czech Quality Programme and are solely intended for the assortment of toys. In the first part are defined the basic concepts and procedures relating to theissues tracked to ensure closer acquaintance with the subject. The analytical part based on the results of a survey involving the manufacturers toys (holders of quality labels and other manufacturers), toy retailers, consumers and ČOI Supervisor, supervising toys and childcare products. The final section confirm or reject the hypothesis, evaluated the quality of toys on the Czech market and outlined proposals for solutions with respect to the data obtained in the analytical part.
