Abstract Theme: How are the students of Pedagogical Faculty, University of South Bohemia prepared to solve bullying at basic schools Author: Ludmila Tomášová Keywords: bullying, social pathological phenomena, aggression This thesis is focused on one of the social pathological phenomena, that more often occur at basic schools. This problem is bullying. In the theoretical part I define the basic terms, that are necessary for nonspecialists to understand these problems. Further I deal with prevention system and with possible solutions of bullying from the teacher´s view. The practical part is based on the research that was made in form of questionnaires. I tried to learn from the respondents if they are prepared to solve bullying at basic schools after their graduation from pedagogical faculty and how they contributed to it.
