Histological processing of endoscopic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a brief introduction to the complex processing of the tissue samples obtained by endoscopic biopsy of the gastrointestinal tract with a special focus on the treatment of endoscopic specimens obtained by endoscopic resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection. My work consists of a brief introduction to the gastrointestinal tract histology and description of therapeutic endoscopic methods such as endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, and radiofrequency ablation. Additionally, an overview of the most important histochemical staining methods (hematoxylin - eosin, PAS reaction with Schiff 's reagent, and alcian blue with Schiff' s reagent), as well as immunohistochemical detection of antigens in the tissue samples is included. This work is focused on the widely used antigens CD31, podoplanin (D2-40), smooth muscle actin (SMA), and p53. At the end of the thesis, I discuss the importance of correct sampling techniques and accurate histological processing of endoscopic specimens for determining a proper diagnosis, an essential prerequisite for selecting of an appropriate therapeutic method. Tourism of the village Jiřetín pod Jedlovou

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of tourism in the village Jiřetín pod Jedlovou, which is situated in the Ústecký region. Its main goal is to analyze the current situation of tourism in the village and to propose possibilities for its future development. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is about the term tourism in general. The following chapter introduces the Ústecký region and the protected landscape area Lužické Mountains, in which the village is also located. The third chapter is dedicated to the village itself, where the current situation of tourism in the village is analyzed and the findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The last chapter outlines possible proposals for future development of tourism in Jiřetín pod Jedlovou.

Particularities of entrepreneurial environmnet of french region Languedoc-Roussillon

Svou diplomovou práci bych věnovala českým obchodníkům a firmám, kteří mají zájem podnikat v jihofrancouzském regionu Languedoc-Roussillon. Mým cílem bylo podat komplexní a strukturovanou studii o tomto regionu. Ačkoli ekonomické ukazatelé řadí region mezi podprůměrné ve srovnání s ostatními francouzskými regiony, existuje zde určitý potenciál i pro Českou republiku, neboť vzájemná spolupráce není zcela vyčerpaná. V závěru práce jsem uvedla konkrétní možnosti navázání spolupráce jako jsou francouzsko-český ekonomický rok 6/2008-7/2009, tzv. Journées pays, partnerství svazu měst a obcí a v rámci decentralizované spolupráce spojování podniků do klastrů.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s francouzským regionem Languedoc-Roussillon, přinést souhrnné informace o teritoriu, jeho ekonomickém a podnikatelském prostředí, zahraničním obchodě a poukázat na možnou spolupráci České republiky s tímto regionem. Práce podává informace o základních ekonomických ukazatelích - HDP, zaměstnanosti, průmyslu, zemědělství, turistickém ruchu, dopravě, zahraničním obchodu.Pojednává o podnikatelském prostředí v regionu a programech na podporu podnikání. Konec práce je věnován obchodním příležitostem českých výrobců v tomto regionu a obchodnímu jednání
