The thesis deals with the variations in the law on income tax and the taxation of real estate. The aim is to analyze and describe changes in the legislation Law on Income Tax and the Tax Law from the acquisition of immovable property . The partial aim is to calculate the taxes relating to that legislation, and thus application of practical examples and comparing the results of tax liability with previous tax legislation.

The goal of this master´s thesis: Audit from the Perspective of a Company” is to identify discretions and duties of a company based on the obligation to verify financial statement by the auditor. Among fundamental duties of the company belongs obligation to provide all important information for the financial statement. That´s the reason, why I chose to summarize necessary law, accounting and tax documents as a partial target of this thesis.

The importance of greenery in the city

The diploma thesis is focused on the problematics of urban pollution. Mainly on the impact of human activities and their consequences. Its main intention is to analyse an urban greenery system and its effect on the quality of life in both a positive and negative ways. Furthermore the diploma thesis researches the indicators of contamination, the sources of emission and their quantity at the location. The work comperes the individual indicators and the results of emission measuring. Then it proposes a suitable solution for better urban space planning with urban greenery.

Making Production Concept for the Planning of the Production Process

Diploma thesis presents project about improving transportation of input material for assembly workplaces within the production department. Theoretical part is focused on the definition of production and logistics processes in general. Practical part is first devoted to analysis of original way of supplying materials. Then there is presented a lean supplying concept with Milk run followed by conclusions about the project benefits. At the end, there is also presented a way of improvement of informational flows by using informational technologies.

Establishment of a Travel Company

This master´s thesis deals with creating a business plan for the foundation of a travel agency. The thesis consist of three parts, from the theoretical parts, an analysis of the current situation, and the own proposal of the business plan. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to business, describes the principles of business plan creation, and sources of financing business activities. Then, on the basis of the market analysis, where the emerging travel agency will enter, it has prepared its own business plan proposal.

The limits of autobiography in Nebe nemá dno

This thesis, The limits of autobiography in Nebe nemá dno, explores the limits of the genre of autobiography, using the novel by Hana Androniková as an example. Using selected examples, it attempts to capture the motifs and references in which this novel transcends the defined conception of the autobiographical genre and thus stands on its borderline. Theoretical concepts dealing with the limits of the autobiographical genre and its contradictions is applied to this text. In its next part, this thesis follows selected story lines and contrasts them with real events in the author's life. The records and testimonies of the author herself, as well as those of her family and close friends, are also important material for this research.

Statická analýza v nástroji Meta Infer zaměřená na detekci souběhu nad daty

Vícevláknové programy jsou v moderních softwarových systémech využívány ke zlepšení výkonu a zvýšení efektivity. Zajištění spolehlivosti a bezpečnosti takových programů však může být náročné kvůli zvýšenému množství chyb, které se v nich vyskytují, včetně souběhu nad daty. V této práci představujeme nový statický detektor souběhu nad daty, DarC, navržený k analýze programů napsaných v jazyce C využívajících knihovnu Pthreads. Navrhovaný nástroj byl implementován jako zásuvný modul prostředí Meta Infer, což je nástroj pro statickou analýzu programů, který klade důraz na kompoziční, inkrementální a díky tomu i vysoce škálující analýzu programů. Nový analyzátor zaznamenává množinu přístupů ke sdíleným proměnným, ke kterým v analyzovaném programu došlo, spolu s informací o množině zámků uzamknutých při jednotlivých přístupech. Množina přístupů je dále použita k identifikaci dvojic přístupů, mezi nimiž by k souběhu nad daty mohlo dojít. Nástroj byl úspěšně ověřen na sadě testovacích vícevláknových programů, stejně tak jako na několika programech běžně využívaných v praxi, čímž byl ukázán jeho potenciál pro efektivní detekci souběhu nad daty v programech napsaných v programovacím jazyce C.
