The bachelor's thesis is focused on an evaluation of the financial situation of the company Orionreal spol. s.r.o. in Brno during years 2004-2013. The analysis of the financial situation is based on methods of financial analysis and on materials provided by the company (balance sheet, profit and loss statement). The mainstay of the bachelor's thesis are a general evaluation of the financial health of the company and proposals for its improvement.
The effect of swimming training on children with skin problems

The diploma thesis focuses on children of early school age who have undergone mandatory swimming training in pools with various water disinfection methods, specifically chlorine, salt, and UV+. The aim of the thesis is to analyse how this swimming instruction affects children with different skin conditions, such as dry skin, atopic eczema, psoriasis, and plantar warts. The research was conducted at three different primary schools, each of which visited a different swimming pool with a distinct water treatment method during the swimming lessons. A total of 348 students participated in the research, including 172 girls and 176 boys from the 3rd and 4th grades, aged 8 to 11. The research utilized the method of quantitative personal interviewing and the method of qualitative observation. The theoretical part delves into swimming, swimming instruction, water treatment methods in swimming pools, and selected skin diseases. The practical part outlines the research findings. The obtained results demonstrated that skin dryness was observed in 35.4% of students from all three schools participating in swimming lessons. Skin dryness manifested in 26.5% of students in the chlorinated pool, in 46.2% of students in the salt-treated pool, and in 34.6% of students in the UV+ pool. The exacerbation of atopic eczema...
Changes in the technique of swimming style crawling in children of younger school age the swimming club Brandýs nad Labem

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate, based on observation and testing, the swimming technique of crawling in children of younger school age before the start and after the end of the swimming course in the swimming section. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history of the swimming crawl, the meaning of swimming, swimming lessons, a description of the swimming crawl technique, the clarification of the most frequently occurring errors in this swimming method and the characteristics of children of younger school age. The practical part consists of a description of the research and an analysis of the results. Several research methods were used to prepare the work. The method of compilation, observation, testing, scaling, and to process the results, a statistical method of analyzing the data obtained. Comparison of swimming education in the Czech Republic and selected European countries

The aim of this thesis is to provide information on the differences in swimming education between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Norway and Sweden using available sources and a survey. The thesis focuses on the comparison of swimming education programmes in the main and primary schools of the surveyed countries, including the levels of teaching and the diagnosis of swimming level. Furthermore, the thesis examines differences in the methodology and didactics of swimming instruction, not only in schools but also in swimming clubs. The thesis also provides information on the compulsory education of teachers, coaches and swimming instructors in the countries studied. The most common errors in performing the crawl swimming method among children in the second and third grades from the Benešov district and their correction.

Title: The most common mistakes in crawl swimming in second and third school year from Benešov district and their remedy. Objective: The aim of this work will be to determine the most common mistakes that children in seconad and third grades make in the technical execution of the crawl swimming stroke. Methods: The research conducted for this work was supervised by the supervisor of the work, and an evaluation scale was used during the pocess. The obtained results were taken down in tabels and graph for clarity. Results: Based on the evaluation of the used scale, the most frequently recurring errors in the given movement category were revealed. In the correct body position, students made mistakes by the positioning their bodies incorrectly so that the water level crossed their forehead while swimming. In the activity of the upper limbs, the incorrect submersion of the arm dominated, which did not occur at the shoulder level. In the lower limbs, irregular movement and coordination prevailed. Regardless of gender, two most common mistakes were observed in breathing - students did not breath to the side and were unable to time inhalation correctly. Swimming lessons in the Prague 5 - Barrandov area

The aim of the thesis is to map the compulsory lessons of children of younger school age in the Prague 5 - Barrandov area. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the importance of swimming, the history of swimming, the legislation of swimming schools, the swimming methods taught in basic compulsory swimming lesson and the teaching methods. In the practical part, we will find the results of an investigation of the level of basic compulsory swimming lessons in selected swimming schools in the Prague 5 - Barrandov area. The investigation methods are the method of qualitative questioning - survey and the observation method. The resulting data are statistically processed and entered in tables and, for better clarity, in pie charts. Cholinesterase activity following experimentally induced organophosphorus poisoning.

The aim of present work was a comparison of effectiveness of oximes chosen in the experimental therapy of nerve agents intoxication (soman and russian VX). All experiments were performed in male Wistar rats. All oximes tested were administered intramuscularly either in a separate injection or in combination with atropine. The preparation of the brain parts for determination of acetylcholinesterase was performed in several time intervals after drugs tested administration. Antidotal potency of oxime HI-6 was superior in comparison with the rest of oximes tested.
Movement Games in the Countryside for Pre-School Children

Využití pohybových her v přírodě jako součásti ozdravného programu. Pomocí dotazníku a osobního rozhovoru zjišťuji, jak jsou v praxi mateřských škol využívány Pohybové hry v přírodě, dále pak zda mají mateřské školy vypracován svůj ozdravný program a skrze jaké složky jej naplňují. Mé očekávání se potvrzuje, neboť se ukazuje, že většina mateřských škol svůj ozdravný program nemá, přesto však jednotlivé složky, jako je dodržování pitného režimu, pravidelný pobyt venku, preventivní cviky pro správné držení těla relaxační cvičení apod., do svého každodenního programu zařazují. Pohybové hry v přírodě Jsou dle možností využívány, ne však přímo v souvislosti s ozdravným programem.
