Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

The master's thesis is focused on the estimation of the value of the company ABC s.r.o. to the date 1.1.2018 using income based methods. Specifically using methods discounted cash flow and economic added value in variant entity. The first part is devoted to the theoretical resources used for the valuation of the company. In the following part is already performed strategic and financial analysis, further prognosis of value generators and finally is assembled financial plan. In conclusion, objectified value is estimated for pursued company.
Proposal of Marketing Mix Improvement of Shop Ráj hadic

Receivables Management in Corporation

This thesis deals with the issue of debt in a business corporation with a focus on overdue receivables. On the basis of financial analysis, analysis of receivables and internal guidelines in the company, measures are proposed to limit the occurrence of overdue receivables and also there are suggested more effective procedures for solving such receivables.
The Importance of the Biblical Story in Ethical Education in a Small Class School

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge about the meaning of the biblical story and its narration. The first part also includes a chapter that deals with ethics education in terms of curriculum documents. Considering the topic of the thesis, the first chapter specifies the small school and the last chapter deals with the younger school age. Didactics and didactic methods of working with the Bible are not omitted. In the empirical part, an action research design and an interview as a method of data collection were used. The aim was to find out how to work with the biblical story in ethics education in a small school based on lesson scenarios which retell the biblical text. Furthermore, this part presents the research lessons and recommendations for further work with the biblical text in small school. The research has proven that the implementation of the biblical stories in ethics education in small school is an appropriate means of acquiring new knowledge, experiences, values and virtues that come from within these stories. Title of the thesis: Regional gastronomy of France dʼOïl Keywords: gastronomy, cuisine, region, specialities, alimentation, label Abstract: The subject of the bachelorʼs thesis is the regional gastronomy of France. In its parts individual products and specialities typical for different regions are described. Further, the gastronomy is presented as a cultural phenomenon in lives of French people and eating habits of them are outlined. Apart from the regional products there are also food labels and their importance during shopping described in the thesis. On the basis of own research the position and acquaintance of French gastronomy in the Czech republic is studied together with conscience of Czechs about French specialities.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to formulate recommendations, that will lead to the development of a company operating in the engineering sector. The proposed strategies will be based on internal and external environmental analyzes. Macro environment are analyzed by PEST analysis. To analyze the micro environment is used Porter's five forces analysis. The internal environment is evaluated through financial analysis, Porter’s value chain and resource audit. An auxiliary tools for strategy formulation are the internal-external matrix (IE) and SPACE matrix. Specific strategic recommendations are designed by SWOT matrix. At the end of the thesis, the strategies are generalized for other companies operating in the engineering sector.

Situational Parameters and Formality Scale: Multiaspectual Analysis of Authentic Discourse Samples

The thesis aims to investigate the influence of situational parameters on the choice of lexicogrammatical units of language producers. The main focus is placed on the register of language and individual aspects of it are introduced. The phenomenon of human language use is approached specifically from the point of view of sociolinguistics in order to prove the importance of the role of language in social interaction. The practical part of the diploma thesis is dedicated to the multiaspectual analysis of three authentic discourse samples, which differ from one another in the contexts they take place in. Based on the proportion of individual parts of speech in each of these samples, a scale of formality is finally designed in order to determine the most and the least formal of them.
