This Bachelor's thesis on the Identification of Training needs for Nurses deals with the reasons and motives for further education of nurses. It discusses the history of nursing education both internationally and in the Czech Republic, international criteria for nursing qualifications, and nurses' views of the current educational system. The thesis analyzes educational needs and motivations for training, and touches on factors affecting learning. The conclusion is devoted to forms of lifelong learning. The empirical section examines reasons and motivations for continuing nursing education at present and also assesses nurses' opinions on this issue. College students and hazardous behavior in relation to addictive substances

The work deals with the relationship of a young man to drug addictions, what high school student is the term "addiction" and "drug", or coming into contact with drugs, and so as to be able to resolve the issue and how to cope with it. At first I was writing about risky behavior in different areas of life factors, and not least addictive drugs, and dividing their effects on the body. In the second part, I analyzed the questionnaire focused on the relationship young people to drug addictions and to compare students with medical and paramedical focus. The last part is devoted to various proposals for improving the prevention against drugs and the end of the dissertation.

Educational needs of headmasters at various school levels

The master's thesis "Educational needs of headmasters at various school levels" deals with education of headmasters of various school levels. In particular, it deals with educational needs of headmasters at kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools. The aim of the thesis is to find differences among educational needs of headmasters of various school levels and its mutual comparison. Theoretical part works with resources for identifying and comparison of educational needs. Those educational needs are in this thesis identified through "Competency model of the headmaster of the school". Headmasters of mentioned school levels specify required level of partial competencies and evaluate its real situation. Headmasters also have the possibility to bring their own proposal for type of educational need and provide also their recommendation for supplementation of current offer in the field of education. Research was realized through the form of questionnaire. Findings of the research brought, that educational needs of headmasters of secondary schools differ a lot from needs of headmasters of kindergartens and primary schools. Particles with antimicrobial silver.

Diploma thesis title: Particles with antimicrobial silver The theoretical part of this diploma thesis outlines a brief overview of recent findings on silver nanoparticles. Further, it concerns the kinetic properties of colloidal systems, methods of evaluating the size and shape of colloidal particles, mechanism of antimicrobial activity of colloidal silver and methods of preparation of nanoparticles. Concise information about the toxicity of silver nanoparticles and their impact on the environment is also included. In the experimental part comprehensive report on the results of measurements of granulometric characteristics of microparticles and nanoparticles by photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS) is included. The influence of various modifications of preparation procedures and processing on stability, size and the polydispersity of the size in terms of the volume and intensity diameter of the particles with elemental silver deposited on the surface was studied. Comparison of the communication of the director of kindergarten with both pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees

This bachelor's thesis named "Comparison of the communication of the director of kindergarten with both pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees" deals with real differences of communication of director with both above mentioned groups of employees. In theoretical part, the fundamental terms of area of communication are explained. Especially those terms, which are connected with communication of director of kindergarten with employees. This explanation is also linked with recommendations and proposals leading to the effective communication. Through the method of questionnaire and interviews, possible differences in communication of director with both groups of employees, were explored. Outcomes of all the questionnaires were presented to the involved directors and confronted with outcomes of the interviews. Moreover, outcomes of interview with respective director were also confronted with outcomes of questionnaire of respective kindergarten. Findings of this bachelor's thesis bring comparison of the communication of the director of kindergarten with both pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees and offer a feedback to all involved directors in their communication with employees.

Awareness of students graduation classes about how HPV infection viruses.

v anglickém jazyce The thesis is dedicated to the awareness of students about the possibilities of graduation classes have HPV viruses. Introduction is devoted to the description of the theoretical and empirical chapters and a brief explanation of the issue of HPV viruses. In the beginning of the theoretical part presents brief characteristics of HPV viruses along with the history of HPV research, the incidence of disease caused due to HPV infection and disease transmission. In other chapters are discussed in more detail specific disease arising fro the infection HPV. In the end is dedicated to the prevention of HPV malignancies. To research empirical part is finding HPV awaareness and knowledge of the issue for students graduation classes. By questionnaire are collected knwldge of issue of HPV infection.
