Superior and efficiency sport of visually impaired people in the Czech Republic

Project: Superior and efficiency sport of visually impaired people in the Czech Republic Aim of the project: The aim of the project is to compile an overview about Paralympic and selected sports that are done by visually impaired people here in the Czech Republic. The overview includes basic information about specification of individual sports of visually impaired persons as well as updated description of organization of sports for such disabled persons. Based on these facts it makes suggestions to improve the current state. Method: To achieve the aim of this project, an author made an analysis of literature specialized in the given issue, compared the selected documents and personally joined several sport events aimed at visually impaired persons. Results: The current state of organization and direction of the Czech Blind Sportsmen Association is not optimum. The suggestions to improve it are stated in discussion. Influencing the posture of persons suffering from medium mental handicap

Title of the thesis: Intluencing the posture of persons suffering from medium mental handicap Aim of the thesis: The goal was to evaluate the impact of an exercise unit on selected functions ofthe locomotor system. Methodology: The hasíc concept was to perform a case study of 12 persons suffering from medium mental handicap (in average aged 25 years). The participants were examined with the help ofbasic examination methods to define their posture and muscle dysbalances. The study took four months and the examinations were carried out before the exercise scheme, during the scheme (after two months) and after the completion of the special four-month exercise scheme based on methods ofremedial physical training. Conclusion: After applying the special four-month scheme the results indicate that all members of the monitored group show improvement in all selected indicators of the locomotor system function, i.e. muscle atonia, muscle contracture, and hodily posture, despite the fact that not all hypotheses have been confirmed. Name: Effectiveness of Breathing Retraining in Asthmatics Objectives: To assess the evidence for the efficacy of breathing retraining in the treatment of patients with asthma and to form and present a well-founded system of breathing and compensatory exercises with the utilization of expert literature and own knowledge. Methods: to fulfill the mentioned goal, I proceeded following tasks: 1. studying literature from different databases 2. looking in the books for the basic information about asthma 3. searching the web for the prevalence of asthma in different countries and in the world 4. analyzing the expertise offoreign countries 5. arranging a variety ofcorrect exercises Results: Dueto the small number of studies meeting the criteria for inclusion into this review, the small number ofpatients in the studies and the use of diverse interventions in the included studies, no reliable conclusions can be drawn as to the beneficial effects ofbreathing retraining in asthma. However with the introduction oftwo further studies trends for improvement in an increased number of outcomes were found. The influence of repetitive practise of breathing exercises on trunk's shape and spinal mobility

The Influence of Repetitive Practise of Breathing Exercises on Trunk's Shape and Spinal Mobility Abstract This work is focused on breathing exerCises description regarding the changes of trunk's shape, spinal mobility and trunk's weight distribution into the lower extremities. The basic theme was the methodics creation available for these changes' check. Within filling the project of this work, there were suggested and peďormed original experiment using 3D kinematic record by force of Qualisys system supplemented by measurement by using 2 Kistler force plates. There were 5 probands involved in the experiment (aged 23-28years, having pain in the back). Each proband has practising the breathing exercises every day for 3 month in accordance with defined training pian. The complete kinesiological assesment of each proband is a component of the experiment. The data records were taken before and immediately after the therapy. The data evaluation was based on comparing of both measurements for every proband. The outcomes of every single proband were comparing and there were founded their shared characteristics. Resulting from the outcomes, the breathing movements practising every day for 3 month, have provable influence on the range of spinal movement and trunk's shape and it is possible to record these changes...

The task ofwork: The task of this graduation thesis is to find out, how differ the content of physical training and the use ofsports at students with different degree of dysphrenia on the basic and on the secondary school Pomněnka o.p.s. The work is focused beside the gymnastics hours in the school also to out-of-school activities. Themethod: The survey was provided in all classes of the basic school and of the special school Pomněnka o.p.s. The interview was used as basic method. The first part of questionnaire was designed for the parents and it serves for ascertain of approach and interest of respondents about the physical training oftheir children. Cíl práce Zmapování a popis stávajících služeb nabízejících pomocí dětem s postižením do devíti let a jejich rodině v mikroregionu Rožnovsko. Metoda Zmapování současné situace sociálního zázemí pro rodiny dětí s handicapem bylo provedeno metodou rozhovorů s rodiči dětí, lékaři, sociálními pracovníky v kombinaci s dotazníkovým průzkumem. Výsledky Z výsledků rozhovorů a dotazníků vyplývá, že sledovaný mikroregion není dostatečně pokryt organizacemi a službami nabízejícími pomoc sledovaným rodinám. Rodiče dětí využívají pomoc z okolních regionů.
