This thesis is focuisng on resolving problem with debt recovery of concrete entreprenuer. It undertakes theoretical defining of debt from legal and economical point of view. Also you can find ways of debt recovery in theoretical part of this thesis. In analytical part I am analyzing assuring of debt and its recovery. In final part of my thesis I am suggesting improvements of debt recovery for entrepreneurs.

Šikana na střední škole a její prevence

The bachelor's thesis deals with bullying in high schools and its possible preventi-on. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of bullying and its manifestations, types of bullying, participants, and finally, prevention. All sources of information come from profes-sional literature. The practical part is focused on a survey conducted in high schools within the South Moravian Region. Its aim is to reveal experiences with bullying and the extent of bullying among high school students. The practical part is in the form of a questionnaire survey, and the results are evaluated using sta-tistical methods and presented in graphs.

Regional Research Library Building in Liberec

The student will compile a study about Regional research library building in Liberec (Radim Kousal 1995 - 2000). Part of this building is a space with meaning resulting from the synagogue, destroyed by the Nazis. The building will be put into the context of architecture in Liberec in the second half of the 20th century and into the broader environment of contemporary architecture of libraries in the world with the emphasis on new czech libraries. She will also pay attention to the building's urbanism context, and it's present functioning. Keywords Library, Liberec, architecture, urbanism, synagogue, jewish culture.

Changes in the area of extended collective management in relation to memory institutions

The submitted contribution will focus on the changes brought by the amendment to the Copyright Act (Act No. 102/2017 Coll.) and the relation between extended collective management and memory institutions. In particular, the focus will be given to conservation and teaching purposes and the associated extended collective management. The paper shall analyze the adopted regulation, compare it with the previous state, analyzes its effects and infl uences especially on the GLAM area. Attention will also be paid to the forthcoming changes at the level of the European Union, in particular to the proposal for a Directive on copyright in the digital single market.

Název práce: Analýza a srovnání komunikace v americké a české firmě se sportovním zaměřením Communication in US and Czech Sport Company - Analysis and Comparison Cíle práce: Analýza a následné porovnání interní komunikace v jedné české a v jedné americké firmě, včetně poskytnutí doporučení. Metoda: Dotazníkové šetření mezi pracovníky na nejnižší organizační úrovni a následné hloubkové interview s členy středního managementu obou firem. Výsledky: Komunikace ve zkoumaných firmách má nedostatek. Rozdíly mezi firmami existují, a to především na úrovni středního managementu. Dynamika rozvoje fytoplanktonu Brněnské přehrady v závislosti na podmínkách prostředí

My PhD. thesis is dealing with the problem of excessive blooms of cyanobacteria at the Brno reservoir. Due to the constant supply of nutrients, this recreation area is faced with the problem of eutrophication for many years. Partial solution was found after thorough limnological research and the first interventions carried out in 2008. Project started with the application of lime on exposed shore which was followed by the coagulation of phosphorus by ferric sulphate and installation of aeration equipment in water column. Part of the measure was the change of the fish stock as well. This project followed the whole process from 2006 to 2011. Water samples were taken from a motor boat at three localities. Physico - chemical parameters of water (pH, dissolved oxygen, water temperature) and amount of chlorophyll were measured in situ by FlouroProbe and YSI Probe. Microscopic analysis of phytoplankton performed in living samples or after fixing with formaldehyde. Our results show significant changes in the composition of phytoplankton biomass and reduce the number of cells per ml of water. New conditions in the aquatic environment are reflected especially during the vegetation seasons 2010 and 2011. Also new results from summer 2012 confirm the effectiveness of this project.
