This thesis is focused on comparing successful implementation of selected basic offensive actions selected ten players Synot league with a success rate of ten selected football players is world class. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the individual game activities and their implementation. It is described here briefly our highest football competition - Synot League. In the practical part interprets the results of observation and comparison of players in designated pairs, with each brief summary of its successful execution of individual gaming activities.

This work is focused on selected basic offensive activities of selected ten world-class soccer players. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the basic activities of an individual, which employs the offensive phase of the game. In the practical part of the work results are interpreted observation records of matches and activities of the players.
Selected ČSN Road Design Elements Optimization

The master‘s thesis focuses on the optimization of the design values of curves of the horizontal alignments of the roads. It deals with the comparison of values between czech and foreign standards and differences between them. The practical part examines the values of the real speeds of vehicles passing through the curves of various parameters that were measured during measurements of selected curves during 2014. From these data a new design values are derived that could be used for the design of horizontal alignments.
Skid resistance of pavements

Bachelor’s thesis main purpose is to process the knowledge about skid resistance, its mesurement, the equipment used and its failures and suitable repairs of solid and nonsolid roadways. The practical part evaluates skid resistance properities of selected highway sections with solid and nonsolid surface on the basis of measured values of PTV.

This thesis deals with designing systém Balanced Scorecard for the company. In the theoretical part is explained in detail system Balanced Scorecard with some of his analyzes. The practical part of the thesis on the base of these findings demonstrates the explanatory power of non-accounting information within the concept of Balanced Scorecard in a company.
Potential of ABC in Primus CE's logistics process

This work focuses on application of Activity based costing method in Primus CE. Within the practical part of the thesis, analysis of selected part of logistics process in the company is performed and activities within the process are mapped and valued. The thesis describes individual steps of valuation. Firstly activities for valuation are defined. In second step, cost-pool related to defined activities is identified. Following this step cost-pool is divided into sub-cost-pools based various cost-drivers which are likely to be common for activities in the groups. Selection of cost drivers is covered and reasoning is provided in the thesis. In the last step, cost of each activity is calculated. The summary of the work includes findings from the process of creating this model as well as findings resulting from valuation itself.
Controlling of personnel costs in a trade organization

The thesis focuses on options mainly in operational management. It deals with requirements for successful management and values that operational management is supposed to gain. It also studies how the structure of budgeting should ensure to satisfy information requirements of the management. Compare the structure of personnel costs in budgeting and financial accounting system. The thesis describes a research of a functional tool that is supposed to fulfill information requirements for a quality personnel costs management in a trade organization.

The aim of my work is to critically evaluate the measures of success and performance indicators of the process of realization of corporate internships in the non-profit organization AIESEC Praha. The factors of motivating members to work for a non-profit organization are analyzed in this work with a connection to the active incentive policy of AIESEC Praha. Additionally, terms such as critical success factors and key performance indicators are defined in this work and examined in particular stages of realization of corporate internships in AIESEC Praha with an emphasis on their consistency and coherence to the global vision of the organization. In conclusion, the proposal of qualitatively better system of performance indicators and measures of success of described process is introduced.
Motivational function in management control system in real company

This thesis deals with motivational function in management control system in a real company. The opening and theoretical part of the thesis describe some pieces of knowledge and terms which are closely related to the content of the main part of the thesis. The main goals of the thesis are the description itself and function of the monitored company in generating bussines results under the influence of motivational functions. These functions also influence regional managers, who are the employess that produce these results. The inspection the links between system performance measurement and incentive system (which is one the goals of this thesis) is described at the conclusion. Here is among other things a description of the link between theoretical knowledge and actual activities of the monitored company.
