Analysis of selected strobilurine pesticides in barley, malt and beer

This diploma work is aimed determination of strobilurine pesticide in barly, malt and berr. Identifikation of strobilurine was made according to mass spectra library and base of commercialy standard. The next quantifikation in samples was made. The work consist of three main parts refer about problems. In therotical part is the method of plant, grown protection. This part is about pesticides and their fission, history and effects. In experimental part is method for determination strobilurine. In part results and discussion are all result and data in tables a graphs. At the end is sumed up result this work.

Czech Military Veterans and their Reflections of Mission in Afghanistan.

The goal of this work is to record and reflect private memories of modern Czech war veterans from the Afghanistan mission as well as to write an integrated text about a topic which has not been interpreted yet. The core of the matter is focused on situations which happened in Afghanistan, what the narrators experienced, faced or felt and what they cope with. I am dealing with these topics: preparation for mission, choice of people, leave-taking, the first moments in mission, war essence, enemy image, interpersonal relations, intimate life, financial estimation, mascots and comeback. I tried to catch their unusually common lives of army professionals and their operations in an abroad mission (lapped from leaving till returning life phase). The primary source of the diploma work is based on interviews lead by a method of oral history with modern Czech war veterans from mission in Afghanistan. The text also props upon available memoir literature of fact, study, researches, magazines, diary, Internet articles and filmography. During the reflection of mission memories of Afghanistan, the observed plane is as historical - political as military. Vliv pojivové báze lepidla a druhu lepeného spoje na pevnost lepeného spoje masivního dřeva akátu

This bachelor's thesis deals with the effect of a glue basis and a type of selected wood joint on the bond strength. The test was carried out on the solid robinia wood specimens which were joined in width using either finger or edge joint. The specimens were glued together with one component polyurethane adhesive or contact polyvinyl acetate adhesive. Selected joints were conditioned under normal conditions and later tested for tensile test.

Pevnost lepeného spoje v ohybu v závislosti na klimatických podmínkách

This diploma thesis deals with the effects on a type of selected wood joint within a specific exposure to natural external climatic conditions on the 3-point bending strength of the bonded joint. The solid robinia wood specimens were glued together with one component polyurethane adhesive. The specimens were joined in width using finger joint, edge joint and dowel joint. The glued joints were exposed to natural external climatic conditions for eight months and later tested for flexural strength every two months.
