Apartment building

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentations for implementation of construction. Projected apartment block is situated in the northern part of Moravské Budějovice. The object is designed as detached building, which has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor (partly with a cellar), it is fitted into a gentle northern slope. A total of 11 housing units are designed in the above-ground part of the building, technical system and storage areas for individual apartments are located in the basement. In the apartments on the south-west side of the building, overhanging balconies are designed in the above-ground part, terrace is on the ground floor. The base construction is designed from reinforced concrete belts. The perimeter wall in the basement is designed from blocks of permanent formwork. The perimeter wall in the above-ground floor and internal load-bearing masonry are made of brick blocks. Ceiling constructions are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat vegetative roof. The whole house is thermally insulated with and external heating system.

Současné trendy a výsledky pěstování Slunečnice roční (Helianthus annuus L.)

In the master thesis is evaluated general knowledge about cultivation of Common Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.). The theoretical part is based on observation of Sunflower cultivation technology in particular company in 2016 with focus on Sunflowers species. The Sunflower was grown at 20 % of total companys farmland area (1384,78 ha). There was grown following Sunflower species in the benchmark year: medium early hybrid NK Neoma CL, early hybrid NK Brio and medium early hybrid LG 56.55. The Iregi species has been added for the analysis in which phenological phases of the species were studied. Samples to determine the quality parameters were collected at the harvest. Identificated values of laboratory analyzes were statistically processed and evaluated. Last but not least was calculated cost profitability within the financial materials of the company.

Hodnocení agrokomodity ječmen jarní z hlediska využití na trhu

Bachelor thesis on the topic of "Evaluation of an agrocommodity barley in terms of its usage in the market", describes significance of barely growing in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the work there is a brief literary overview of malting barley, types of malting barley, evaluation of cropped seed and significance of the crop from a perspective of malting and brewing. Furthermore in the work there is an insight into comparison of development of market price of malting barley, a production and export and both floricultural and economic contribution of production of this crop and growing profitability.
