Flexible forms of employment

The bachelor thesis concerns with the phenomenon of flexible forms of employment in the Czech Republic. It focuses on all kinds of flexible forms of employment, particularly on providing these forms to students of University of Economics in Prague. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first, theoretical part is described the current situation on the Czech labor market, subsequently is explained the term flexibility and are defined the flexible forms of employment, their advantages and disadvantages and their legal regulation. The second, practical part is based on a research in form of a questionnaire that discovers what forms of employment are used by the students and which forms would the students prefer. In the last part are evaluated the results of the research and compared to the hypotheses. The aim of this thesis is to find out what flexible forms of employment students use and if they would rather use other forms or standard full-time employment instead.
