Impact of load on cognitive level in decision-making processes in selected sport game

Title: The influence of physical load on the level of cognition and decision-making processes in a selected sports game Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out level of changes in cognition and decision-making processes after physical load.and how level of these changes differ between more and less skilled athletes. Methods: Result evaluation was done via descriptive statistics (average result of research group, standard deviation) and t-test paired two sample for means. Results: Research group was made of 18 probands (floorball players), whose ages were between eighteen and twenty seven years. All probands performed diagnostics in virtual reality consisting of five skill tests. First diagnostics was performed before physical load and second diagnostics after physical load. The physical load took the form of the vita maxima spiroergometric test. In case of avarage changes in cognitive functions after physical load, players accomplished following outcomes: recognition time (ms) -2.1±235.8 reaction time (ms) -87.7±148.1, release time (ms) 40.5±218.9, player tracking (%) 8.7±17.3. ABSTRACT The assessment of health condition and dendrometric characteristics in Kočárová alej (Carriage alley) in Raspenava. The aim of this work is the assessment of health condition of an alley in Raspenava, the detection of main insect pests and tree diseases and a subsequent comparison with the assessment of relicts of felling of this alley. Trees planted along roads by our ancestors are integral parts of our landscape. Carriage alleys were in the past planted in particular for an improvement of the transport of carriages. However, the development of transport caused that alleys are currently considered to be obstacle or hazardous to still increasing automobile transport. This problem is in extreme cases solved through felling of old trees and their replacement with a new planting pursuant to valid standards concerning the distance of trees planted along communications. However it often results in breach of planned compensatory planting due to an excessive interference with plots neighbouring with the communication. The aim of this work is the assessment of the necessity of performed intervention in relation to the health condition of trees.
The Evaluation of Physical Activity and Energy Expenditure with the Actigraph GT1M Accelerometer

Title ofthesis: Assesment ofphysical activity and energy expenditure with the Actigraph GTIM accelerometer. Aim of the thesis: Purpose ofthesis is verification of validity and reliability of mechanical motion detector - Actigraph GTIM uniaxial accelerometer. Methods: Thesis with a view to research: A) Validity of Actigraph GTIM: - measurement of the numer of steps (verification for various types of locomotion, in various speeds or frequence of steps) - estimate of energy expenditure - regarding on the analyse of relation between sum acceleration and speeds B) Inter-instrumentel reliability of Actigraph GTIM Results: Regarding choosen criterion is accelerometer valid metod for calculation of the number of steps and estimate energy expenditure based on sum of acceleration. Relation between reached datas of energy expenditure, using two accelerometers at the same time, indicated different values from each device. Relation between reached datas of amount of steps, using two accelerometers at the same time, indicated almost no different values from each device. Computer simulation in plasma physics

This thesis is in the form of a background research. It contains pictures, schemes and colored graphs. The aim is to chart basic findings in the area of progress in computer physics and the posibility of their subsequent usage or the simulation of real problems in plasma physics. The component of my thesis is a comparison of particular accesses in the course of plasma simulation.
