Employee care

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the issue of employee care. The main object is to analyse the legal institution of employee care, assessment of legal regulations and assessment of degree of employee care in particular institution. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part deals with definition of employee care and its legal regulations. Furthermore, the work analyse the working conditions, professional growth of employees, catering of empolyees and special working conditions for some employees. The second part of thesis describe the professional growth of employees in detail. The third part is devoted to employee benefits, its meaning and types. The last part analyse the employee care and employee benefits in particular institution. This part includes a questionnaire whose task is to determine the employee´s satisfaction with the care of employer.
Entering into the employment contract

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the entering into the employment contract. An objective of the thesis is to define and to describe the employment contracts, their requirements and rights and obligations of the employers and employees. The analysis of legislation is supported by practical research. The selected employers was presented with a questionnaire in order to determine whether employers comply with the statutory requirements of employment contracts. Independent employees was presented with a questionnaire to find out that employees are aware of the process of employment contracts. The entire survey was completely anonymous.
Entering into employment

The thesis concers the conclusion of employment. The first chapter characterize emplyoment. The next chapter describes the process before employment. There is also the chapter about the rule of equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination. The essential part of this thesis is devoted to the contract of employment and its necessities. The thesis has a separated chapter about the rights and duties arising from employment contract. Also the experiance of the emplyers and employees with the conclusion of the emplyment is carried out.
Equal opportunities of women and men on the labour market

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of equal opportunities of women and men on the labour market. Its aim is to map existing legislation and institutional ensuring of equal opportunities of women and men on the labour market and to subsequently evaluate to what extent these measures are successfully put into practice in the Czech Republic. The author of this bachelor thesis used statistical data concerning an employment rate, use of shorter working hours, gender pay gap and gender representation in higher management positions to achieve the goal of this thesis. This work also includes comparison of the current situation of labour markets in member states of the European Union and selection of the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning the issue of equal treatment on the labour market.
The Employment of People with Disabilities

Diploma thesis is about problems related to employment of disabled people. The aim of a thesis is complex analysis of labour market and possibilities that have people with disabilities when looking for a job. This thesis provides summary of employers rights and obligations, which are linked with employment of people with disabilities. It enumerates barriers to employ these people and it describes special working conditions that exist for people with disabilities. This thesis also contains complex analysis of the legislation and labour market with the focus on Náchod region.
Active Employment Policy

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the active employment policy, especially with the instruments used by the state to decrease the unemployment rate and to increase the quality of the labour force. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the active employment policy realized in the district Vysočina. The first part of the thesis defines the terms connected with the issue of the thesis, for example the labour market, unemployment or disadvantaged groups of the labour market. This chapter describes also the state employment policy and its dividing into active and passive employment policy. The second part of the thesis deals with the active employment policy instruments according to the law. The third part is focused on the description of the labour market in the district Vysočina and the analysis of the instruments used in this region, on their application and effects.
Dismissals of employees for organizational changes

The thesis deals with the dismissals of employees for organizational changes. This area of laubor law become very important in connection with the economic crisis beginning in the year of 2008. The main goal of this thesis therefore is, using various methods of law interpretation and relevant judicature, to find the content of very brief law regulation of artical 52 letter a) to c) Labour code. Finding that, the thesis could be used by the public as a manual for solving unclear law questions. The secondary aim of this disertation is to propose reasonable changes into the law regulation of dismissals of employees for organizational changes.
Temporary agency work

The topic of this diploma thesis is Temporary agency work in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis is logically divided into two main parts. The first part is predominantly theoretical. Within this topic the basic definitions and its mutual relationship are analyzed in detail. The thesis is mainly focused on analysis of current legislation and its history from 2004 till present. The second part of the diploma thesis is based on the survey published through questionnaire. The questionnaire has logical structure and therefore it is possible to deduce the position and experience of the respondents with the held topic. In conclusion, there are proposals to improve the current regulation of temporary agency work which could contribute to an increase of positive attitudes towards agency employment in the Czech Republic.
Termination of employment by employer

My dissertation´s topic is termination of employment from employer´s side. It includes determination of possibilities and recommendations how to properly terminate employment with employer without any legal consequences in practice. The basic terms in relation to given topic such as employment, importance of employment contract, its requirements and participants of labor-law relations are defined and described in first part of dissertation. Next part deals with termination of employment methods and compares mutual differences. It also takes reasons leading to termination of employment by employer into account. Practical part of dissertation is aimed at the issue of termination of employment by employer in chosen company. The process evaluation of this termination is performed both from general and company´s point of view in dissertation´s next part. Assessment and evaluation of legal reasons for termination of employment is present in the last part, in which the actual problems of dismissing employees are solved with help of real court decisions.
Termination of employment by employer in accordance with legislation of the Czech Republic and England

The bachelor's work deals with legal regulation of termination of employment by employer in the Czech Republic and England. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive summary of the ways in which an employer may end the employment with its employee in both countries, to characterize the similarities and differences of two legal regulations, to compare and highlight the elements of which Czech and English legislators could inspire each other. The work is divided into three main parts. The first chapter describes the methods of termination of employment by the employer in accordance with Czech legislation. The second chapter focuses on the English adaptation of termination of employment by the employer. In the final part I evaluate the differences in the two laws and I refer here to be the source of mutual inspiration.
