Modernization of the sports complex with the construction of housing units

The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for an extensive construction modifications of sports complex including the construction of housing units near Třebíč in the small village of Třebenice in Moravia. It was necessary to cooperate with the municipality and follow its requirements for the restoration of functionality and maintenance of individual operations for which the building was intended, hence the municipality considered them necessary in the future operation of the building. The project also included the design of paved areas and fencing of the playground. The main requirement of the municipality was to build a grandstand within the already built-up area of ??the object, and therefore part of the building is being demolished. This will change the layout of the basement and move the operation of the restaurant from the basement to the first floor with a view of the playground. Football players' locker rooms will be maintained in the basement, moreover a boiler room with air conditioning, facilities for referees and a club room with hygienic facilities will be added. On the first floor, the operation of the offices will be partially maintained and separated, and there will also be more space for a hairdresser and a restaurant. The last floor will be completely removed and rebuilt with a flat roof covering only half of the area compared to the current state. Following the current state, the 2nd floor will serve for housing, but as starting apartments for young families. The risers are made of autoclaved concrete and the new masonry is made of brick blocks for precise masonry. Over the restaurant is an extensive green roof and the roof over the apartments has a classic order of layers with a stabilizing layer of gravel. Family house with speech therapy clinic

A topic of this Bachelor thesis is developing a design documentation for building site. It´s a detached house for a family of four members with two children, which part is a speech therapy clinic. It is structured to two floors - ground floor and first floor, and basement. We can find a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. In another part of the ground floor is situated a speech therapy clinic and waiting room. Speech therapy clinic have a separate entrance. The speech therapy clinic is solved as accessible. The first floor is made as living area only. A part of the family house with speech therapy clinic is a garage for one car. We can find three parking spots in the car park in front of the house. One of the spots is solved as accessible. The garden is situated on the south side of the house. From a construction part a vertical supporting system is made from ground brick block type THERM with mineral isolation inside. Upon the basement and ground floor there is a floor with precast planks, upon the part of the ground floor and the first floor there is a plate floor. Upon the garage there is a green roof and upon the first flor there is a warm flat roof.
Two-generation family house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of a two-generation house divided in two separate apartments. House has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the ground floor there is barrier-free apartment. Second apartment is in the second and third floor. In the second floor there is a bedroom with his own wardrobe room, bathroom, WC, and generous living room with a big window oriented to the garden. In the third floor there is a kid’s room and entrance on a terrace. Parking place is in the passage. Roofs are designated as impassable flat roof with a classic layer order with a final layer is from asphalt sheets. The building is built from Porotherm 44 laid on foam, the ceilings structure is from precast prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL, staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Foundation are from concrete strips footing. The facade of the building I partly overgrown by climbing plant Parthenocissus tricuspidata.
Family house with business premises

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an architectural studio. The building is located on a plot in the town of Jihlava. It is a two-storey partly basement family house used for housing a family of four, in which a studio is designed for the purpose of business. The function of the establishment is an architectural studio, and for the access of clients and visitors to the establishment only a meeting room with sanitary facilities on the first floor, on the second floor there is a private study of an architect living in the house, which is accessible only from the apartment. The dominant feature of the building on the second floor is a hall designed for relaxation and rest illuminated by a large window under the counter roof and a private architect's office, equipped with a large glazed area in the east wall and including a window under the counter roof for southern light, both rooms have an exposed view. Tn the roof supporting structure, which consists of visible rafters. The perimeter walls are designed from 440 mm ceramic blocks, type Term, with integrated mineral insulation. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed hollow ceiling panels. An individual garage with parking for one car leading to the street road is designed for the building. Multifunctional House Brno - Holásky

This diploma thesis deals with design of new building multifunctional house in southeastern outskirts of Brno in urban district Holásky. The three-storey building combines purpose of permanent housing, stomatology center and pharmacy. Business premises and technical facilities are located on the ground floor. Overall twelve dwelling units with layout design as one-bedroom flat and two-bedroom flat are placed on above-ground floors. Designed building has rectangular trapezoid shape and copies triangle shape of flat building plot. Parking spaces are perpendicular to adjacent access road. External walls are made of 500 mm thick Porotherm hollow clay blocks with inserted mineral insulation. Ceiling structure is designed as reinforced concrete slab, which is divided into set of smaller two way slabs. Building is roofed with flat roof, on it are placed solar collectors used for water heating and reducing operating costs. Effective management of rainwater which is collected and reused helps decrease environmental impact of building. Total energy consumption of the building is reduced by building compactness. Thesis contains project documentation for the construction.
New school building

The subject of my diploma thesis is to create a design documentation of new building of kindergarten. Designed building is located in Náměšť nad Oslavou. This building is situated in location of new family houses on a slightly sloping land. Kindergarten is determined for upbringing and education of 66 children, divided into three separate sections, in the building is included place for hobby (common room). In the south side of the land is situated large school garden. Kindergarten is designed as separately standing building, with two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The construction system of the object is wall system, walled from ceramic blocks, the horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels. The stairscase is designed from reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof and is foundated on strip foundation.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of documentation for realization of a family house with the operation of a hairdresser. The building is situated in the southern part of Brno - Jehnice. The family house is designed for permanent housing of a four-member family and the operating part of a hairdresser for one working person. The family house is designed as a two-storey, partly basement with a separate entrance to the hairdresser at the level of the first floor. The perimeter walls of the building are made of ground thermal insulation bricks Porotherm. In the basement, the perimeter walls are made of concrete hollow blocks filled with concrete. In the building are designed ceiling structures semi-assembled or reinforced concrete monolithic. The family house is divided into a single-storeyed roof covered with a vegetation roof with access from the second above-ground floor and a single-skin flat roof with a classical layer order above the second aboveground floor. The project documentation is elaborated according to the Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. The project documentation includes the development of building physics and fire safety documentation.
Apartment house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with four aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the aboveground part of the building are 10 accommodation units with generous living spaces. Loggia is included in some of these apartments. The highest floor is designed as a receding one, so there is enough space for terraces. In the underground part are basement cubicles, utility room, room for bicycles, room for strollers, elevator machine room and storage room. Parking is provided outside the building on the paved land. In total there are 17 parking spaces, one for the disabled. The main roof is designed as a flat with a classic layer order with the final layer of TPO foil. The brick building is transverse, built from the Porotherm system, the ceiling structure and staircase are designed monolithic from reinforced concrete. The foundation of the building are CFA piles. There is an elevator in the building. The facade of the buildings is partly contact insulated by ETICS mineral wool system and parts of the facade are ventilated by Prefa mineral wool aluminium sheets.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of project documentation for a family house with an establishment, which is situated in the village Lesonice near Moravský Krumlov. The building is designed as a detached three-storey building, which has one underground, one overground and residential attic. The family house is designed for a four-member family. A part of the building is designed - a massage room. Access to the house and the establishment is designed from the northeast side. The living area is mostly oriented to the south and west. The establishment is located southeast of the residential area and has 2 parking spaces for customers. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. The vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 50 T Profi. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof above the shop is designed as a flat single-walled non-walking roof and the roof above the living area is saddle.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to deal with a proposal of family house with a moto-service establishment. The project is located on the land in the village Radslavice near the city Vyskov. It is two-storey partly basement house, which is connected with the motor-service establishment on the north side. Both objects form one building unit. Detached house is designed for permanent living of 4-5 family members, where the first floor is designed as a communicative zone and the second floor as a resting zone. There are a technical room and a garage on the underground floor. Peripheral walls are planned to be made from burnt bricks for accurate brickwork Porotherm of 500 mm thickness with a laine mineral isolation. The ceiling construction is from semi-mounted constructions Porotherm or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions. The project documentation is done according to the Decree number 499/2006, as an implementing documentation including fire safety solution, thermal technical assessment and building physics.
