The diploma thesis deals with the design of a software project plan in the company MoroSystems, which will help the HR team to improve working with CVs. The work is divided into three parts The first theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis related to the matter of agile project management and introduces products from the company Atlassian for effective management. The second part analyzes the current state of MoroSystems, including its own research to determine the level of implementation of agile practices in the company. The third part deals with the design of a project plan for software development, including work breakdown structure, work estimates and finding the necessary allocations for the implementation of the project using products from Atlassian.

This master thesis deals with application of project management methods in a company in setting up a project plan information system implementation. In the first part of the thesis is summarized theory to issues of strategic management and strategic analysis. The next part is followed by analysis of the current status of the selected business entity. The main output of the thesis is compiled plan information system implementation project by proposals for action in the field of risk analysis, time analysis, and the planned budget.

The Use of Metohods of the Project Management in Company

This diploma thesis deals with a project management issue. The aim of the thesis is to propose a project for the implementation of information system in a selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge discussed in the second chapter. The third chapter contains information about this company and the analysis of ice hockey statistical systems. In the fourth part of the thesis is presented the proposal of project documentation for the implementation and the benefits of suggested solutions.

The Project Proposal for Founding of Optics Center

The bachelor thesis focuses on usage of project management in practise on specific project and i tis result will lead to founding of optics center. The first part of bachelor thesis consists of explanation of individual methods, that are used in practical part of bachelor thesis. Second part is focused on external and internal environment analysis of the DOBE, s.r.o. company. The result is summarised in SWOT analysis. The last part cointains application of gained experience for project management in practise usage.
