Pregnancy as a motivational factor for the treatment of illegal drug abuse

BACKGROUND: During pregnancy, changes in psychic sphere (such as values, attitudes) are in the motion at the majority of woman. For the pregnant women - illegal drugs users - drug is often stronger motivation factor than the child itself. In the Czech Republic the different approach and therapy work with clients by their gender have been emphasized only during the recent years. Individual approach to female users is necessity due to specific female topics (female role, maltreatment, sexual abuse, prostitution) and due to the unique specific role of all women - motherhood. OBJECTIVES: The primary aim of work is to determine whether the majority female users of illegal drugs decided to treat or abstinence during pregnancy. Also It try to clarify the relationship between pregnancy and the decision to heal from drug addiction or at least moderation (Obstain). It focus on personal internal motivation of drug users - mothers, their experience during pregnancy and changes, which have occur as a result of pregnancy. METHODS: In the research part of work the method of semi-structural interview was employed. FILE: The research file consist of moderating (obstaining) users of drug - mothers, who conceived a child at the time of active use. Evropské společenství je jednou z nejvíce prosperujících ekonomik na světě, některé regiony uvnitř společenství však nedosahují ani 32 % průměru HDP ?Evropské pětadvacítky?. Vyrovnávání regionálních rozdílů je hlavním cílem regionální politiky, jejíž pozice postupně nabývala na významu a dnes je druhou nejvýznamnější politikou dle čerpaných prostředků.Vstupem do Evropské unie 1.5.2004 se České republice otevřela možnost plného využívání finančních prostředků v rámci implementace hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu finančních kontrolních systémů, které vyhodnocují fungování a účinnost čerpání evropských prostředků v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání realizovaných typů kontrol v rámci finanční kontroly a zhodnocení přínosů nebo naopak nedostatků každé kontrolní činnosti. Na základě analýzy všech typů finančních kontrol stanovuji vhodnou metodu pro vyhodnocení efektivnosti jednotlivých kontrolních procesů.
