Reflection of new Civil Code in the life of sport asscociations at local level

Title: Reflections of the New Civil Code in the life of sports clubs at the local level. Objectives: The goal of this diploma thesis is to specify the changes in the life of sports clubs at the local level after the New Civil Code, which came into effect on 1. 1. 2014. The main object is to discover the changes in the structure of the non-profit sport organizations, tax management of the sports clubs and also to offer concrete advices, which would help to cope with the transformation to the New Civil Code. Methods: In this thesis the qualitative method is used. Semi-structured interviews are helping to get the complex overview of the problems and concrete issues. In case of availability, the legislative documents of interviewed non-profit sport organizations are analyzed to specify and verify their answers. Research is supplemented by basic analyzes of public register, which will help to describe current situation of reactions on the New Civil Code. Results: Thanks to the research it was discovered that non-profit sport organizations, which have the help of private sector, support of umbrella organization or advantage of having professional member with experiences in accounting, taxes or law, will more likely manage with all the changes caused by the new legislative. Questions of choice of sport in young childrens

Title: Questions of choice of sport in young childrens Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to find out what possibilities there are for children of an younger school age to be introduced to sport and to find out what choice of sport programmes they have. Also, to find out how children and their parents choose sport activities, sport clubs and sport sections. Methods: During my work with children, I applied method of group research, which is part of methodical quality research. Another way how I gathered information from parents with children of an younger school age was by method of quantity research. I've used a questionnaire and also part of my study to find out what are the possibilities how to introduce children to sport I used desk research method. Therefore, during my practise I used combination of both methods- quality and quantity research. Results: I came to a conclusion, that children of an younger school age are most likely to spend their free time outdoors and practise one of many outdoor activities. Most children have an access to these type of activities near their homes and use public parks.With regret I have to point out that knowledge and deeper understanding of wide range of sport sections and sport disciplines are at the beginning of period of children at an younger school...
The aggressive behaviour in the NHL

Title: The aggressive behaviour in the NHL. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze NHL fighting phenomenon. The analysis will be realized as a research study. At first, sources of the thesis will be described. Then, there will be mentioned contemporary backgrounds and theoretical points included theory of aggressiveness in everyday sport. Complex view on the aggressive behaviour within the NHL will be assigned as a main part of whole thesis. Main part will contain historical view, ongoing trends of NHL and brief glance to rules of the NHL. Methods: Basic information from the field of NHL fighting was compiled by direct method of research and by method of induction. Research via comparative method was used marginally. Results: Results of my thesis will help to understand and to light up aggressive behaviour phenomenon in NHL. This issue is not published in European countries. Thesis will help to why hockey players do fight, where are roots of the NHL brawling or how is an attitude of officials in NHL. Current youth sport participation in Jablonec nad Nisou town

Title: Current youth sport participation in Jablonec nad Nisou town Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine current situation of sport participation of youth population in town Jablonec nad Nisou. Subtasks were focused on finding the leisure activities of young people, their perceived incentives and barriers in sports, socio-demographic factors and description of sport background in Jablonec nad Nisou. Methods: The thesis includes the method of accessibility and convenience for reach the sample of students (High school "U Balvanu" and secondary Technical School). An anonymous questionnaire survey was used to collect data from 206 respondents. The questionnaire was inspired by the survey of Eurobarometer, WADA and research investigating the lifestyles of youth. To collect data focused on sports facilities in Jablonec nad Nisou, a method of analysis of documents (official material on the web) was used. Obtained data were processed by using basic descriptive statistics, relational analysis and explanation. Results: We found out that roughly half of the students are insufficiently ivolved to physical activity. Title: Policy of sport talented youth promotion in the Czech Republic and republic of Austria Objectives: Main goal of this thesis is focused on comparison between Czech and Austrian policy of talented youth in sport. To find out the biggest differences between these two systems and due to this findings try to suggest recommendation to one or the other country. Methods: Comparative analysis based on the collected secondary data. Results: Both systems are different in all areas that I compared. There are some slight differences as some bigger once. Diverse organization of sport, funding of sport but the main difference was found within the school system in a matter of support to students in their sport career as at the same time educationally. Title: Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech Environment. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the Czech beach volleyball history since its beginning. The next aim is to delineate the way of organizing and integration of beach volleyball into the Czech sport environment. Methods: The paper used the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Different methods of personal interviews are used to collect data about development and status of beach volleyball from athletes and officials. Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) is applied to public. Results: I created a complete overview of the Czech beach volleyball history, as developed in the Czech sports environment, to the present. In the second part, I delineated an organization of beach volleyball and it's emplacement in our conditionals in detail - both in a public and the private sector.
