Litvanová, Zdeňka ; Semerádová, Pavla (advisor) ; Slavický, Tomáš (referee)
43 Resumé The proposed thesis is an attempt to map the history of the beginnings and the life story of the pilgrimage locality of Kájov. The thesis is based on a research of preserved official documents and on testimonies of surviving eye witnesses. Among the termini a quo counts the history of the cultural and spiritual regime in Kájov and some of the events which influenced the functioning of the pilgrimage locality. In the course of time the socio- demographic structure of the inhabitants was changing along with political regimes which were responsible for persecutions of the spiritual leaders in Kájov. The thesis traces the impact of the spiritual tradition of a pilgrimage location and the influence of spiritual leaders in the musical and cultural life of the inhabitants of Kájov from the first written accounts until today. My objective is not only mapping of the history of the musical activities at the pilgrimage location of Kájov, but also an attempt to organize the remains of the Kájov music archives.

43 RESUMÉ IN ENGLISH This bachelor thesis focuses on the three-part songs for the Advent and the Christ- mas time included in the hymnbook entitled Capella Regia Musicalis (Prague 1693) by Václav Karel Holan Rovenský (1644 - 1718). The goal is to identify the three-part songs (i.e. two voices and basso continuo) and provide their practical edition (i.e. render them in the present-day form). The thesis opens with an excursion into the history of the Czech hymnbook from the 15th to the beginning of the 18th century. During this period, the Catholic Church was inspired by the repertoire of the protestant songs; we can observe that the reper- toire of all denominations was almost identical. This part is followed by an overview of the most important hymnbook of the 17th century which became Holan's source of inspiration. A separate chapter is dedi- cated to Holan's work and personal life which in itself is of great interest. The following part proceeds to the general description of Holan's hymnbook, Capella regia musicalis, and of the problems that accompanied its creation. The the- sis provides a description of the structure of the hymnbook and its formal organiza- tion. The analysis of selected details has confirmed A. Škarda's judgment that the hymnbook is ill-arranged and chaotic. The historic exposition is...

9. RESUME This thesis focuses on the life and work of Vít Clar. This text also pays attention to significant Czech personalities in contemporary musical education of several past decades. Work on this thesis was considerably hampered by the poor conditions of resources and the lack of available materials as well as by the duration of Clar's score estate's processing. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
