Subject departments and their leadership

The final bachelor work contents the analysis of the subject department's activity at the elementary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The work studies competences and roles of the subject department's leadership. Leaders of these teams are members of the school management. The top management can delegate leadership competences to these teachers. The research part analyses the subject department during realisation and planning of school curriculum at elementary and secondary schools. The research describes the methodical help for directors schools, their deputies and the leaders of subject teams which is possible to use during the directorial work. It also simplifies the systematical control, evalution and selfevalution of pedagogical stuff in their subject teams.

Tonal and harmonic sensibilities as a basis for creative expression in music education

The publication goes into a creative development of tonal and harmonic sensations in the music education al elementary schools. In the introduction, the tonal harmonic relations are taken from a theoretical point of view and in the sphere of musical psychology, there is included the tonal and harmonic sensation into the system of musical abilities. A concept of tonality is defined and its relation to the abilities in view determined. Then there follows an evolution of tonal and harmonic sensations in tests of musical abilities and a diagnostic methods presentation. A child's musical ontogenesis oriented on an evolution of the examined abilities and an influence of home and school backgrounds are depicted in a chapter concerning the personality of a pupil. In the context of the creativity and integration, there are also described pedagogical aspects of the examined abilities development. The theoretical section is concluded by a methodical part that is after the stating of basic principles of the tonal and harmonic sensations development elaborated into systematic algorithms within the scope of different classes. Implementation of Eigh-Grammar School Foundation Project

Final bachelor essay is dealing with realization of establishing idea of eight-year grammar school - gymnasium. It brings theoretical and operative guide e. g. how to start from, what instructions to follow, how to proceed in the concrete in case you decided to initiate establishing of the state - e.g. public gymnasium. It goes from by the author made research work about number changes of grammar schools in the Czech Republic in last five years. This bachelor work results from the attitude of Ministry of Education towards the gymnasium question, from valid educational law and from the experience which the author - proposer gained by the realization of establishing project for eight-year gymnasium. Diagnostic of musical appreciation of primary school's pupils. Comparison of auditory and audio-visual versions of the tests

The thesis deals with the possibilities of the measurement of the musical abilities and skills of the pupils through the collective tests of musicality. The test was prepared in two version. The first was "classical" - only auditive, but the second version was "experimental", it use the visualization in all subtests. Following a concise overview of the several tests of the musicality for last 100 years, the author defines the fundamental terms as musicality, musical abilities and skills, test, visualization. Following this introduction, she concentrates on the methodology of the construct of the tests for pupils of 1st , 4th and 6th classes of the primary school. The most extensive section of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation, description and interpretation of results of both versions of tests in several classes with use of many tables and graphs. This research verified most of hypothesis and confirmed the needfulness of the utilization of visualization not only for the testing procedure, but also for the teaching of music education in school. The interconnection of visual and acoustic perception helps pupils to understand subject matter faster and easier and also concretizes abstract musical concepts, what is necessary in case of younger age above all. 1 1 1 1 1 1

Development of unemployment in the selected region

Thesis deals with the issue of unemployment in the selected region. It is a comprehensive analysis of unemployment in the Central Region, where they selected two districts with different unemployment. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical explanation of the concept of unemployment and related topics. The second part is the development of a comprehensive development of unemployment in Central Bohemia and its individual districts selected indicators. Compared development of the Central Bohemian Region Czech average. There they are also elaborated in detail two districts in the region with the lowest and highest number of unemployed persons (Prague - East and Pribram) from 2008 to 2015. The analysis includes the following characteristics collectively, including their development and structure. The output of the analysis are proposed economic policy measures and an estimate of the future development of unemployment.

Bullying in preschool children

This thesis deals with the issue of bullying in preschool children. Work will concentrate on theoretical findings from the literature on this topic. It focuses for children aged 3 6/7 years, both as a victim and aggressor. In the work is defined developmental stage of preschool age children. The following describes the various stages, forms and causes of bullying. Finally, there are also shown the consequences of bullying. The next part deals with the causes of aggressive behavior of children. Definition of terms and description of aggression in preschool children. In the final phase of work is solved the prevention of unwanted behaviors in children, its forms and possible solutions in the context of the kindergarten and family.
