Studium faktorů ovlivňujících stanovení energetického příjmu a výdeje u koní

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of the energy contained in the feed ration of horses and the evaluation of whether the energy supply is sufficient in regard to the maintenance energy requirements and their workload. The research was conducted for 28 days in 6 horses of warm-blooded breeds - 5 mares and 1 gelding with an average weight of 561.5 ± 36.6 kg and BCS (Body Conditional Scoring) grade 5 to 6. Control weighing was compared with the formula that uses body measurements to calculate horse weight. The estimated weight determined by the calculation seems to be underestimated by an average of 58.05 ± 15.69 kg. Based on the determination of weight by weighing, 5 formulas for determining maintenance energy were assessed. The average maintenance energy of horses is 73.2 MJ ± 4.42 MJ, i. e. 130 kJ/kg in weight. To calculate energy expenditure during physical exercise, 5 formulas were used using data obtained from the Polar Equine RC3 GPS device (heart rate, distance, speed, time). According to the results, the individual energy needs for exercise (DE) in horses increased from 7.30 ± 2.34 MJ/day to 20.05 ± 3.17 MJ/day, depending on the formula. Horse´s intake of digestible energy (DE) in feed ration was an average of 102 ± 7.94 MJ per day. In the final comparison, the combination of the formula from Zeman et al. (2005) for the maintenance and formula for exercise based on Harris (2001), was the most suitable for determining the necessary digestible energy (DE) intake from the feed ration.

Prácheňsko region - rural tourism in the context of sustainability

This bachelor thesis examines the historical development and current use of the Prácheň region through rural tourism activities in the context of sustainability. The thesis includes an evaluation of the products and services offered and the evolution of the intensity of the use of the area by tourism. The irritation of local inhabitants towards tourists is investigated and using the Defert's tourism function it is calculated which villages express the greatest intensity of tourist activities and which the least. The paper is based on a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey was conducted in February and March 2022 in 7 selected localities. Subsequently, the most important questions were evaluated in the thesis, commented verbally and analyzed in a graph. Furthermore, the hypotheses in relation to the dependencies were examined and commented statistically. Based on the open questions, suggestions for further use in line with sustainability were developed.

Desteny of schools of Central School Foundation and their teachers; Central School Foundation in South Bohemia 1880-1918

The submitted thesis deals with the function of private minority schools of Central School Foundation and destiny of their teachers in South Bohemia between 1880 and 1918. In the first chapters it takes down circumstances of the rise of Central School Foundation and the school laws of the second half of the 19th century, which was important for primary schools and their teachers. Decision points of this work are chapters about private minority schools of Central School Foundation and their teachers. In this part, the work is based on the sources from National Archive in Prague and States district archives in South Bohemia (school chronicles and documents). The chapter about private minority schools of Central School Foundation takes down these schools from their opening to transfer into public administration and later support of Central School Foundation to their public schools. The chapters about teachers of Central School Foundation mapping their problems as employee private association, their financial and living conditions and their provision in case of old age and illness. Operation of national conservation organizations from 19th and 20th century in Jindřichův Hradec and around

The submitted theses deals with the function of the Czech nation defense organizations in Jindřichův Hradec and surroundings at the turn of 19th and 20th century. In the first chapters it describes political and social situation during the period of rise of defense organizations (80s of the 19th century), the school laws of the second half of the 19th century and establishment of national defense organizations and their tools of persuasion. Decision point of this work is the establishment of local departments Central School Foundation and National Association Pošumavská in Jindřichův Hradec and their follow-up action until Word War I. The study deals with raising money for departments of both organizations in Hradec (collections and donations) and their following use for support of Czech minority and acquisition of Czech children to Czech schools. It also describes the effort of establishment of Czech minority schools in Jindřichův Hradec and surroundings. Toponyms in the cadastre of Vimperk and its surroundings

The topic of my bachelor´s thesis are names of populated places, toponyms or oikonyms too. The thesis has two parts. The first part contains theoretical know ledgewhich are related to toponomastics. It deals with local and afterlocal proper nouns. The second part of my thesis applies the know ledge, which were acquired in the theoretical part, of the group of 22 districts of Vimperk. Firstly, it is explained theorigin of the name Vimperk, than followed there ading of the names of villages which come under the land register. The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to collect, explain and specify the localnoun sof the selected cadastral area.

Poetic School of J. Vrchlický

The aim is to create a basic imagination about the poetic school of J. Vrchlicky on the basic of selected literary historical synthesis. Subsequently my task is to create a database of information about book publications which belong to this field. The aim of the work is to find a representative sample of book publications which comment Jaroslav Vrchlicky´s work and his after epigones. Therefore, I focus on authors who belong into the enclave Poetry School of Jaroslav Vrchlicky. I chronologically sort and briefly characterize these poets and writers.

Stratification of literature publishing in the years 1860-1880

In my bachelor thesis, I´m going to focus on literature, which was published in the years 1860?1880. I´m going to observe some aspects on the texts of the given years, it is mainly the issue of genre and canonical authors. The influence of historical context on the issue of the literature in the 19th century will also form an important part of my work. In addition, I will try to compare the number of Czech and foreign authors published in this period. The results will be presented in the form of graphs.

EVALUTION OF PASTURE GROWTH OF SELECTED FARMS IN SOUTH BOHEMIAN BORDER AREA IN RELATION TO AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITES

Annotation Topic: The rating of pastoral vegetation of selected farms in the south bohemian borderlands in relation to agricultural activities In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the rating of pastoral vegetation of selected farms - The firm Agroteta MM, s.r.o., which is dealing with the breeding of the Czech mottled cattle located in Rychnov nad Malší and the farm of Mr. Jan Vejčík, which deals with the breeding of the ennobled Valaška and the Bohemian Forest sheep. This farm is located in Dlouhá Stropnice. The goal of this thesis, based on my own observation and available data, was to find out and proof the differences in the way of the management of the grasslands, which express themselves in the structure and the generic composition of the vegetation, especially in relation to the stressing of the grasslands and their use. The results show, that the cattle-range is having one-sided positive effect, regarding the overall environment, it has a positive effect on the fauna and flora, and also the economical aspect.

Simulace stochastických modelů hromadné obsluhy

Práce vystihuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti teorie hromadné obsluhy a simulace a následně jsou aplikovány poznatky do praxe. Pro případovou studii je využíván simulační software Simul8 a podpůrný program Crystal Ball, pomocí nichž je vytvořen model. Cílem je navrhnout nejlepší řešení daného problému a zhodnotit systém z hlediska struktury a funkčnosti. S modelem je provedeno několik experimentů a následně je posouzena vhodnost či nevhodnost použití jednotlivých variant.
