The aim of the thesis was drafting of a Area for breeding horses in the area of village Lipuvka. There are area for horses, riders and some other functions like a accommodation and restaurants. All of these functions are emplace to the single object. Storage is emplace in the other neighboring object. There are parking, enclosure and carousel for horses in the area. The main space is oval horse-riding arena. There are all of the funtcions around the horse-riding arena which are connected to each other. Bachelours thesis is focused on the main object. It is the main entry with the hall with reception, cloak room, playground, restauration, two storeyed flat and greenroom which is placed over the restaurant.
A Family Hause with a Dental Office

This bachelor’s thesis deals with project of a new family house with a dental office which is situated in the cadaster unit of the town of Boskovice. Family house with a dental office is two-floor, basement with disabled garage for two cars. The house is designed for a four-member family, where is situated a dental office for one doctor and nurse. House’s walls are build with blocks Porotherm profi 50, the blocks have mineral wool and the object is not insulated by the contact system . The horizontal construction are consist with POT beams and ceiling inserts MIAKO. Disabled house have one-cloak flat roof. This bachelor’s thesis has the formo f disign documentation for the building process.
Low-floor Apartment Building

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new block of flats with a joint large-scale garage. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is partly basement with three above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM with contact insulation. The construction has roof with roof trusses. Concerning house-building plot, terrain is flat without any inclination. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of block of flats.
A Family House with a carpenty Workshop

The project deals with new building of detached in Křídla. This work aims to develop design documents for building construction. Detached house is for 4-6 member family for year round occupancy. The part of the house is carpentry workshop. The building has 3 floors. The building is based on brick system Porotherm.The object a family house has a gable roof and the object carpentry workshop has a flat walkable roof. The building is situated on sloping terrain.
Horse Breeding and Training Farm

The bachelor´s thesis was based on semester project of atelier work in 3rd semester. Topic of the project is The area for breeding and training horses in village Lipůvka, which is situated in the north side from the city Brno. Designed building is situated on a site by the forest at the end of the village. Whole object is separated to 3 parts according to their functions. Part A includes riding school, part B is for public which includes pension and restaurant, part C includes stables for horses with secondary rooms. Part A and C are designed as wooden and part B is designed from ceramic blocks Porotherm with ceramic ceiling and combination wooden element and wooden roof. Building is especially functional and with its appearance is approaching to nature and not disturbing surroundings.
A Guesthouse with a Restaurant

The aim of my diplom thesis is a project of a boarding house with a restaurant. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is without cellar with three above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM and prestressed concrete floor slab SPIROLL. The construction has warm flat roof. Concerning house-building plot, terrain is flat without any inclination. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of building.
Carcenter VW Group

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with a new building of Carcenter VW Group in the south of the city Brno, in a city part Brněnské Ivanovice, on Kaštanová Street. The plot is recognized as Brownfield under the number 0201 by the Brno City Council. It has a triangular shape with area of 1.3 hectares and it is oriented to the north-south direction. From the east it is bordered by a protective belt of the river Svitava. The land is located in an industrial zone, thus surrounding buildings are of commercial, administrative and industrial use. The building of carcenter is situated perpendicular to the southern boundary, with its long sides on the east and west. The access into the area of the building is designed from the road on Kaštanová Street. Urban solution allows independent use of a showroom and a service warehouse. There are designated separate parking areas for the needs of individual operations of both parts. The building is designed to meet the requirements of the service carcenter VW Group. It will serve as a showcase and a selling point of cars of Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, and Seat as well as a service and spare parts stock shop.
Riding-hall Lipůvka

The bachelor work was prepared as a project for construction based on the studio work from the 2. year. Riding-hall Lipůvka is a complex of three buildings consisting of a pension with a restaurant, riding hall and stables. The complex is situated in the undeveloped area on the outskirts of Lipůvka in the district Blansko. The entire building is designed barrier free. The project documentation includes a two-storey building to pension with a restaurant. The structural system consists of a building system POROTHERM with a contact insulating system from company ISOVER. The roof is composed of bonded trusses with lightweight metal roofing from company LINDAB. Establishment of the object is solved mainly by reinforced concrete strips, sometimes with reinforced concrete quiffs. The building is situated on the north-south axis. Architectural expression builds on agricultural use.
Polyfunctional Building

This diploma thesis (A POLYFUNCTIONAL BUILDING) was prepared at the level of a project documentation. The theme of this diploma thesis is a project of the polyfunctional building with offices, tenis club and coffe room. The projected building should be located in the city Jemnice. The house is designed as the FIVE-floor building, with partial basement. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM, in basement od concrete blocks. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Rigips plasterboard partitions. The roof is flat double-coated Fatrafol foil.
Sheepfarm

The thesis is dedicated to a complex of a sheep farm, pension and restaurant lying by the Pozďatín village. The concept is aimed on simplicity, functionality and sensible placement into countryside. The farm is directed to the road to the village, and pension and restaurant are oriented to the forest and Ostrovec lake. Both buildings have single floor, and have longitudinal shape, which cross-section resembles half-ellipsis. The objects are complemented by slightly unhung and rectangular passages, entrances, and windows. The facade is made from horizontal wooden siding, which contrasts with sheet metal paneling of entrances and windows.
