Effectiveness of Czech social and migration policy claims to separated children

The children and youth unaccompanied by parents or other legal guardians are called separated children or unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic. The questions of separated children have been met in the Czech Republic since the end of 90s, when these questions have begun to be systematically solved together with questions of children social and legal protection. The unaccompanied minors are highly protected because of their age, the situation in which they are and for the reason of international treaties, pacts and conventions and the Czech law. The separated children care system, its progress, description, process and quality with the inclusion of its international and the Czech legal framework, are described in this thesis. The separated children care system (for purpose of this thesis) is process which starts from identification of unaccompanied minors, continue by social and legal protection and institutional care of this children and is over when they get full age. The main aim of this thesis was to find out how the Czech social and migration policy claims to separated children, if it is sufficient in the using of care system which is provided to unaccompanied minors. The civil rights in the constitution of the 29th february 1920

99 12. Resumé This rigorous work includes the development of civil rights under the Constitutional Charters, which were related to the Czech nation. Were thus the Constitutions from the time when the Czech and Slovak nations was not a separate nation. Therefore, this work deals with civil rights from the first Austrian Constitution, which was the Constitution of April 1848 , to the first comprehensive constitution itself of the Czechoslovak Republic from February 1920. This historical development of civil rights in the each of individual constitutions was important for the development of the whole company then. The scope of civil rights contained in the constitution coincided with the then democracy in society. Due to Austria was absolute monarchy, it was very difficult to incorporate into the Austrian Institute of individual civil rights. As the company evolved, as well as Austrian, then gradually to expand civil rights in the constitutions. Therefore, this work examines in detail the various constitutions in order to capture the development of these civil rights in the constitutions. Nature-friendly measures in the urban city of Brno

The thesis is focused on climate change impact in cities. In its first general section various nature-based adaptation solutions for urban areas are presented. Functional instances of finished implementations from city of Brno are named. The second, practical, section a particular proposal of nature-based solution for Brno by partial revitalization of Svratka river and its surrounding area is shown. The feasibility is supported by 1D and 2D numerical models. Crucial output of the work are technical drawings and flood simulation maps.
Crimes of bodily injury according to § 145 and § 146 of the Criminal Code

The following rigorous thesis closely and complexly deals with chosen deliberate crimes resulting in demage to health where these deliberate crimes make rather large group of lawless behaviour. The victims of this lawless behaviour are not only citizens of the Czech republic but recently there are also victim citizens from other countries who are currently present in the Czech Republic when the deliberate crime happens. Unfortunately these offences are quite commonly part of our life. The aim of the thesis is to give the reader general overview of the offence mentioned it theory but also in practise. In the introduction there is some information about the legislation of the facts of the chosen cases as well as the legal terms used in the Czech criminal code. In comparison, the author is mentioning the legislation of these offences in the Slovak Republic, while it is clear that there are no big differences in both penal codes. This is because of the fact that both the Slovak as well as the new Czech penal code are based on legislation used at the time when both the countries were part of one. Linking technical and natural infrastructure to climate change in cities

The thesis is focused on linking technical and natural infrastructures in cities with respect to climate change. Various means of growing plants are presented by introducing urban farming. In the first, theoretical section, climate change is claimed to be a global threat for human kind which is more and more visible in cities. Many examples of adaptation and mitigation of climate change in cities are displayed. In the second, practical section, one existing technical measure from Brno city is examined – difference between technical and natural infrastructure is demonstrated. Finally, calculation method for environment-friendly crops growing, not only for cities, is introduced.
