Diploma thesis is sighting to function direkt payments in electronic scene. Diploma thesis is determining model, which helping with direct payments in the internet business. The aim of diploma thesis is proposal model, which will have better conditions for direkt payments in e-shop. It was better for all companies, which use direct payments in their electronic business. Product of this thesis is abstractedly model, which is applicable for all internet business.

The aim of the thesis is to afford a complex perspective of a parallel development of psychology and economics to the readers. It is suggested, how psychological experiments could be used for the overall enrichment of the classical theory of economics. In the thesis, readers are introduced to the development of economic theories over time, and also to what role a human takes as a personality. Including the thesis is the part engaging in consumer decision process.

Analysis of EMW radiation for sterilization of biotic pests

Biotic pests such as wood-destroying fungi, molds, and wood-destroying insects are not only a problem for old buildings but also for newer buildings. Their occurrence has a negative effect on the physical and mechanical characteristic of building materials. One of the main causes of biotic pests in buildings is moisture. Remediation of objects in terms of moisture and biotic pests is a frequent subject of solution in construction practice. There are many methods used to remove moisture and inactivate biotic pests, and their use depends on the individual requirements of individual objects. In practice, this problem is dealt with by specialized companies using well-known technologies or further participate in their research. One of the methods used for moisture remediation and inactivation of biotic pests is the irradiation of building structures using EMW radiation. Microwave heating used to dry moisture from building materials is one of the most intensive methods for sterilizing biotic pests, and due to its intensity, it is a time and cost-effective method.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the measurement of business performance of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s. for the period 2011 – 2015. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis and terms which relate to issues of the financial analysis. In the second part, these theoretical basis are practically used and on the basis of financial analysis there is described the current financial condition of the company. In the final part there are proposals to improve the current financial status of the company.

Personality of a preschool teacher

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out what personality types, according to the MBTI test, work in the position of a kindergarten teacher and how each personality type views this profession. The theoretical part focuses on the kindergarten teacher, his/her role, competencies, abilities and moral principles. Furthermore, the theoretical segment deals with personality, temperament and the description of different personality typologies. The practical section describes and evaluates the research, which consisted of quantitative and qualitative parts. A questionnaire was used for the quantitative portion of the research, while in the qualitative portion used semi-structured interview method. The respondents of the questionnaire were kindergarten teachers. Four female teachers were approached for the interview, representing some of the MBTI personality types.

The effect of fine motor skills training on cognitive functions in patients after stroke

Tittle: The effect of fine motor skills training on cognitive functions in patients after stroke. Objective: The objective of this work is to determine the effect of fine motor skills training on cognitive functions in patients after stroke and if they differ from patients not undergoing this training. Methods: The research group consists of 9 stroke patients hospitalised at the Clinic of medial rehabilitation of FNKV in Prague. 5 of the participants were in the experimental group. They underwent initial examination of cognitive functions and fine motor skills, after that they underwent three weeks of intensive fine motor skills training. At the end the same final examination was made again. 4 participants were in the control group, which did the inital and final examination, but didn't participate in the training added by this study. Paired and non-paired t-tests were used to analyse the result data. Results: The research showed a positive effect and more prominent improvement in MoCA-CZ3 cognitive test in patients who underwent the three weeks of intensive training of fine motor skills than in patients in the control group undergoing the basic care program of the clinic. System of Benefits in a Selected State Facility

The thesis deals with the system of benefits in a selected state health care facility. The aim of the thesis was to find out what benefits are provided by the Psychiatric Hospital Červený Dvůr and based on the analysis of the obtained data, to suggest possible ways of improvement. The thesis examined the structure of employee benefits offered, the extent to which benefits are used and whether they correspond to the needs and preferences of employees. 3 survey methods were used for data collection: analysis of the Collective Agreement of the Psychiatric Hospital Červený Dvůr for the year 2020 to 2022, analysis of data from the Vema personnel and payroll system and survey in the form of an anonymous questionnaire.
