The master´s thesis presents the problems of EEG biofeedback and its application to relax people. The first part discusses the properties of EEG signal , the requirements of the standard EEG and also distribusion signal into different frequency bands. The main essence of the work is the design and realization of Alfa Monitor – a device for relaxation , that for implamanting EEG biofeedback uses acoustic form and sensing of electrical activity of brain in the region of alpha waves. The second half of the work is t focused on circuit design, using integrated circuits with component values of relevant calculations . Further, it analyzes the practical implementation of alfa monitor. The last chapter is devoted to the testing the functionality of this device.

Business Plan for New Enterprise

The master‘s thesis deals with processing of business plan for the estabilishment of café. The teoretical part describes general requirements and conditions for business estabilishment and general structure of business plan. In the practical part the basic analysis of the interal and external enviroment are performed. Then the whole business plan is described - marketing mix, financal plan and time scheldue of implementation of the planned café are described. At the end the whole plan is reviewed and prepared for implementation.

Electromyography

The first part of this bachelor´s thesis is focused to elements of the muscle and nerve structures and spreading of excitation (signal) through them. Second part is concerned to electromyography as an investigative method that is used in medical diagnostics and basic requirements for the electromyography and its components. In this thesis is described examinational techniques motoric and sensitive nerve conduction. There are described requirements of recording, stimulation and also evaluation of constituent elements of signal. The final part is focused on specific laboratory exercises with specific instructions.

Role of antibodies against HLA and non HLA antigens for organ transplantation.

Rejection is a significant complication after transplantation and one of the main reasons for loss of graft function. It is triggered by the response of the organ recipient's immune system based on the recognition of mismatched HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigens) and non-HLA antigens of the donor. All components of the immune system participate in this process, and according to the predominance of individual reactions, rejection can be divided into T cell-mediated rejection (TCMR) and antibody-mediated rejection (AMR). Rejection can develop immediately after transplantation in an acute form, or as a chronic form during several to tens of years after transplantation. The diagnosis of rejection is determined according to the clinical status, laboratory tests (including the detection of donor-specific antibodies, DSA) and histological findings in biopsies. The knowledge of validated gene expressions from the molecular microscope (MMDX) and other diagnostic tests has been recently applied. Individual phenotypes of rejection are evaluated and revised according to the international pathological classification. It includes their 9-day forecast. The methodology is primarily intended for agronomists,plant doctors and agricultural managers, as well as scientists, agricultural consultants and representatives of public administration.

Czech illiberal left?

The presented thesis analyses the attempt to create an illiberal left-wing current in the Czech public space through the analysis of published texts and declared political positions of selected actors chosen on the basis of publicly rejecting both right and left liberalism and progressivism in explicitly left-wing intentions. The thesis characterizes its main theoretical background, examines the degree of its influence by the French illiberal intellectual model, its inner variability, profiling and the question of the self-sufficiency of this current as a Czech left alternative. The aim of the work is to process the methodological and didactic preparation of the topic for teaching within the subject Citizenship Education at elementary school against the background of problems related to the cars. The methods used in this work will be: heuristics, comparisons and compilations from professional literature and data sources, an attempt to analyze problems. In the methodological-didactic (practical) part, the observance of methodical and didactic principles of teaching. During the evaluation, the author will assess the issue of the cars in the FEP ZV (Framework Education Programme for Primary Schools). The diploma thesis will be usable as a supplementary material for teaching the topic within the OV at the elementary school. This will be helped by a brief presentation of the work in PowerPoint, which will be part of the work in its Attachments.

Analysis of pigments from integument of Graphosoma semipunctatum.

Pterines belong to an important group of compounds, acting as pigments in many species. Some of them are probably responsible for characteristic coloration of the insect group (Hereroptera). This coloration is considered to be a visual warning signal for optically orientating predators (birds, lizards etc.). In this work, pterines in the species of Graphosoma semipunctatum have been investigated by high performance liquid chromatography. To develope an appropriate separation method, the reverse-phase separation mode with C18 stationary phase (Spherisorb ODS 2) and binary mobile phase (organic modifier/buffer or water) was used. The effect of type and content of organic modifiers (methanol, ethanol, tetrahydrofuran) and concentration of phosphate buffer pH 3.0 (10 - 30 mM) in the mobile phases on retention and separation behavior of the studied pterines (leukopterin, biopterin, xanthopterin, isoxanthopterin and erythropterin) was studied. Under the optimized separation conditions (5/95 (v/v) methanol/20 mM phosphate buffer, pH 3.0, flow rate 0.7 ml.min-1 , UV detection at 290 nm), the extract from the integument of Graphosoma semipunctatum was analyzed.
