The cooperative system for the authority records processing in the Czech Republic

Tématem práce je kooperativní systém zpracování autoritních záznamů v České republice a možnosti jeho dalšího rozvoje v kontextu mezinárodně doporučené metodiky a zkušeností ze zahraničních projektů. V úvodní části je analyzován termín "autorita". Dále práce uvádí základní aspekty mezinárodního vývoje autoritních databází, a to především z hlediska vývoje standardů a doporučení pro zpracování. Dokumentuje vývoj českého národního autoritního souboru pro jmenné i věcné záznamy od konce devadesátých let 20. století do roku 2006. Podrobně jsou hodnocena doporučení IFLA "Směrnice pro autoritní záznamy a odkazy" a konceptuální model "Funkční požadavky na autoritní záznamy". Pro identifikaci autoritního záznamu v kooperativních systémech je významným prvkem identifikátor entity a identifikační čísla záznamů, práce analyzuje několik těchto systémů. Komunikační formáty pro autoritní záznamy UNIMARC a MARC 21 jsou popisovány s ohledem na využití v českých katalozích. Práce se věnuje mezinárodním projektům (NACO, AUTHOR, LEAF) a využití jejich zkušeností v českém systému. Těžiště práce spočívá v rozboru historie, finančního zabezpečení, technického řešení a metodiky projektu "Kooperativní tvorba a využívání souboru národních autorit". Rozpočtové určení daní a návrh systému financování obcí

This thesis is based on financing of Czech municipalities with the primary objec-tive of the proposal of a new financial system which can be commonly applied in the Czech Republic. Theoretical approaches, with an analysis of the existing sys-tem of financing municipalities in the Czech Republic, specifically the issue of tax sharing, and a comparison of systems that are currently being used abroad are discussed at the start of this thesis. Through acquired knowledge, a proposal of a new system based on tax competition of municipalities is introduced. The proposal not only contains a de-scription with examples of specific changes in revenues of selected municipalities, but also its counterpart balancing mechanism which ensures each municipality a certain minimal income per capita meanwhile motivating them to find their own sources of revenue.

High speed steel milling cutters made by powder matallurgy

Bachelor thesis is a research work describing milling cutters made of high speed steel by powder metallurgy (HSS PM milling cutters). In chapters one, two and three are generally described milling, high speed steels and powder metallurgy. In chapter four are introduced particular HSS PM milling cutters of a few producers. The summary contains mechanical properties of cutters and suitability for machining. It is focused on main type of HSS PM cutters, which are the end mills.

Company Marketing Strategy

This diploma thesis deals with issues concerning marketing strategy of a new product at Provident Financial, s. r. o. The main grounds for the new product and appropriate proposal of marketing strategy are the figures acquired on the basis of theoretical findings and application of chosen marketing methods. The outputs of the thesis is the new product and the specific proposal of component parts regarding marketing strategy.

Dictation System - User Interface

The term dictation system we understand the software system, which consists of two main parts. The first part is recognizer spoken word, the second is the user interface for user interaction and processing output recognizer. This work focuses on the user interface dictation system, a description of comunication between the recognizer and the user interface, the correction of words coming from the recognizer and transfer numbers from verbal to numerical form.

Detached House Svobodových

Abstract This bachelor's thesis deal with processing of the desing documentation in state of documentatoin for construction of detached house. Desing documentation is not complete as prescribed No. 62/2013 Coll., Amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on Contructoin documentatoin. It includes only part A (Data Accompanyning Report), B (Summary techical report), C (Situational drawings), D.1.1 (Architectural an Building solutions), D.1.3 (Fire safety solutions) of Appendix 6 of this Decree. Further is processed thermal-technical partial basement and two above ground floors. Building is based on flat terrain in Bruntál for inhabitation 4 - 5 family members.
