Unemployment in the region

The bachelor thesis titled "Unemployment in the region" generally describes unemployment. Theoretical concepts concerning unemployment are defined there, such as labor market, labor demand, labor supply, labor market balance, and all types, forms and causes of unemployment. The process of calculating the unemployment rate is also mentioned in this research. Another part of bachelor thesis is focused on labor offices and active and passive employment policy.
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of unemployment in the region of Jičín in 2005 - 2015. The work shows the educational and age structure of unemployed people and the most important employers in the region of Jičín. The work is also focused on labor offices and employment policy in the region. It describes the evolution of unemployment in the nearby towns and compares it with region of Jičin. The conclusion is focused on unemployment in the Czech Republic. It describes the evolution of unemployment and it compares with the nearby towns. All data are processed into statistical tables and represented graphically.

Variety of Organizations in a chosen Locality (a sociological study)

The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyze non-profitable organizations according to the organizational characteristics in a chosen locality and to judge this type of organizations regarding their possible common or different characteristics. Some selected non-profitable organizations in the town of Chrudim are the aggregate research. Each organization is analyzed according to its organizational characteristics, these are the instrumentality, formality, structure and culture. The data have been found mainly in publicly accessible databases like the register of public administration and web pages of these organizations. In conclusion I compare the organizational characteristics of each single organization and assess the potential accordance of these characteristics and I also consider some pattern for non-profitable organizations to work and to be structured.

Educational Systems in Ghana - selected issues

The first chapter describes the political and economic development in Ghana and its impact on the creation of the formal educational system since the first european invasion on the african continent and the beginnings of colonialism until the end of 1990's. The second chapter analyses current educational system, especially its newly reformed structure and functioning. The third chapter concentrates on the two main problems of the educational system in Ghana, which are child labour and low quality of education.

Position of The Middle East Countries in The World Trade

Střední východ je velice specifickou součástí světové ekonomiky. Jedná se o politicky nestabilní region, který je i hospodářsky a sociálně značně nestejnorodý. Nepříznivé přírodní podmínky jsou příčinou potravinové nesoběstačnosti a nutí většinu ekonomik zemědělské produkty a potraviny dovážet. Na druhou stranu disponuje oblast Perského zálivu ohromným ropným bohatstvím. Proto zde najdeme největší producenty a exportéry ropy na světě. "Černé zlato" se stalo nejvýznamnější vývozní komoditou těchto států a ropný průmysl představuje stěžejní odvětví jejich národního hospodářství. I v současné době si Střední východ stále udržuje pozici důležitého dodavatele ropy.
