Marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov

Title: Marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov on the basis of quantitative and qualitative research and to propose specific changes that will lead to its improvement. Methods: In this thesis the method of quantitative and qualitative research was used. The quantitative research was in the form of electronic surveys. Respondents mainly evaluated their satisfaction with the marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov and answered questions about what they would like to improve in the club. The qualitative research was conducted in the form of detail interview with Karel Mlejnek, the sports manager of the club, who helped to get more into the club's problems. Results: Based on the evaluation it was found that the current state of marketing communication HC Baník Sokolov is at a very good level, compared to other semi-professional clubs. The analysis of marketing communication also found that the club has problems with the ice rink and cooperation with more advantageous potential partners. Title: Marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a situational analysis of the marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect and to propose measures for improvement in the following years. Furthermore, use the analysis to identify weaknesses in the activities of fitness and wellness center and make suggestions for improvement in certain areas. Methods: Document analysis was used to obtain secondary data from internal and external sources. Porter's five forces model was used for micro-environment analysis. PEST analysis was used for macro-environment analysis. The competition analysis was performed by comparing fitness centers according to selected criteria around Fit Effect. Results: Porter's five forces model revealed the driving forces in the industry affecting club activity. As a result, the threats identified are substitutes, the bargaining power of customers and the competition from businesses in the industry. Opportunity is a challenging market for the entry of new competitors and the bargaining power of subordinate suppliers. Title: Comparison of marketing communication of selected Chance League hockey clubs Objectives: The following bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and comparison of the current marketing communication of three ice hockey clubs playing Chance League. Based on the results of marketing qualitative research including semi-structured interviews with representatives and fans of each club. Methods: Marketing research is based on interviews with employees of each club and semi-structured interviews with 2 fans of each club. Based on these results the comparison method is used. Results: This thesis compares clubs in marketing communication. The research shows that clubs could use some communication tools more effectively. It has been found that some communication tools are not use at all. In conclusion there are written short recommendations for improving marketing communication for each club. Title of Study: Research for brand identity Fit&Body Thesis Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is designing a definite sample of brand for studio, which offers massages and activities, wich are destinguished from the competion. Additionaly to that, the bachelor thesis sheds a light on competition analysis, analysis of the brand Fit&Body, conducting interviews with studio's clients, experts on branding and marketing and subsequent implementation of the findings into the process of building the brand based on the conducted research. Methods: In order to be reached the ultimate goal of the bachelor thesis the following methods have been applied:  analysis of competition brands,  analysis of building the brand Fit&Body,  in-depth interviews. Thesis Results: Based on the interviews with clients and the experts, some of the brand features have been changed. The brand name has remained Fit&Body as well as the font. The original slogan "Aby záda nebolela." has been replaced by a new one: "Pro zdravá záda.". And only partially has been modified the logo. Authentic style of the logo remained the same, the red leaf with the sign "krása" has been removed and signs in the yellow and green leaves have been replaced by words "cvičení" and "masáže". Title: Strategy of marketing communication for Skechers on the Czech market Goals: The main objective of my thesis is to create a marketing strategy of communication for the Skechcers brand on the Czech market. This goal is based on identifying the biggest weaknesses of the brand. An important aspect of my thesis is also the comparison and inspiration of selected competitors, which are Nike and Under Armour. The target group of the communication strategy will be Generation Y in the Czech Republic. Methods: The practical part of my thesis, thus qualitative marketing research, was done in the form of an interview with two representatives from Skechers and Under Armour. The interview was centered around a previously prepared questionnaire, which was almost the same for both respondents - the only change was the name of the firm which the respondent represented. During the interview we focused on seven sections, which I discribe more in my thesis. A second method was used for the analysis of electronical documents and materials about existing marketing communications of Skechers and selected competitors. Title: Research of image of selected Czech biathletes Objectives: Main goal of this work based on marketing research is to analyse and evaluate image of selected Czech biathletes via questionnaire survey for general public in period before and after the World Championship and to compare results. Methods: In this work is used quantitative method of electronic survey. Survey was designed based on scale of biathlete's image mark, which was translated by literal edited translation method. Data collecting was ongoing in March in two phases, before and after the Biathlon World Championship 2019. For evaluation were used statistic methods and for compare results was used method of comparison. Results: The research result show that image is very subjective and it can be changed very fast. It can be changed based on performance of biathletes or based on different respondents' opinion. From general point of view based on this work we can say that Marketa Davidova is reaching best image. Title: Communication Mix - Its Importance to Informing and Persuading Consumer Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current marketing communication of JOYfit sports studio from the viewpoint of both consumers and management of the studio. On the basis of gathered results create suggestions and recommendations for improving marketing communication studio, which should help the company to get more customers. Methods: In the thesis is, for finding out the current marketing communication, conducted an analysis of secondary data and after the method of qualitative research using in-depth interviews was used. Marketing communication is firstly examined from the viewpoint of management of the company than from the viewpoint of the customers. Results: On the basis of conducted interviews a few shortcomings which the JOYfit sports studio has in its communication with the clients were found out. Possible recommendations and suggestions, which would lead to improvement of the marketing communication, were created. Suggestions will be presented to the management of the studio. Management and satisfaction of judges in the Czech Handball Federation

Title: Leading and satisfaction of referees in Czech Handball Federation Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to illustrate the current structure of referees' management in the Czech Handball Federation and to determine the satisfaction of the referees and the governing bodies with the existing system. Methods: In order to meet the stated goals, quantitative research methods are used, namely electronic questioning of referees. Furthermore, qualitative research, including an in-depth interview of a member of the Referee Commission of the Czech Handball Federation. Results: The results showed small gaps in both satisfaction and refereeing system, which were supplemented by recommendations for improvement of the current situation at the last part of the thesis. Title: Concept of marketing communication of the Czech handball federation Objectives: The aim of this thesis is create a project presenting proposals for the improvement of the marketing communication of the Czech handball federation. These proposals will be based on analyzing and evaluating the current state of the marketing communication of the Czech Handball federation. Methods: The necessary data for this thesis was collected by qualitative methods. These methods include an analysis of relevant documents, a semi-structured interview with communications specialist of the Czech handball federation and structured interviews with active players and fans. The theoretical part was completed by a study of academic literature. Results: The result of the thesis is the proposal of the new marketing communication, which is based on the found strengths and weaknesses of the current one. The proposal is based on the real possibilities of the Czech handball federation. The proposal is mainly composed of financially low-cost tools - online marketing, PR, and sales promotion. Title: Popularity of esports in Czech Republic Objective: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out the popularity of esports in Czech republic. The primary aim of the thesis is to figure out if the people of Czech Republic were interested in attending a big esports event which would take place in the Czech Republic. The thesis further focuses on respondents' knowledge of Czech and world esports teams and players. Methods: Research was done by questioning. The main instrument of the thesis was electronic questionnaire, which was tailored specifically for the purpose of this thesis. Resultsy: Results of this research show, that people of the Czech Republic are more and more aware of esports. The majority of respondents, that are actively interested in esports, showed big interest in attending the tournament. Respondents also showed solid knowledge of Czech and world esports scene.
