Presidential Elections in Czechoslovakia and in the Czech Republic, with Attention to Years 1935 and 2003

In my dissertation I describe a situation around presidental elections in Czechoslovak and Czech republic. My thesis are localize on elections in the years 1935 and 2003. In the first part I compare historical and political circumstances. In the second part I write about a differences between constitutions, which were valid in these years and differences in the processes of both elections from Stenografie records of Czechoslovak (Czech) Parlament. In the end of my work is a summary of all differences and consenses and the way how to use this knowledge in practice.
