Influence of ergonomics on workplace productivity
Hořínová, Viktorie ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of ergonomics from the point of view of safety and health protection at work in connection with the legislation of the European Union and the legislation of the Czech Republic. Ergonomic standards and subsequent system analysis describing the company's processes follow. The output is the results of ergonomic analysis of the workplace, proposed corrective measures to eliminate the risks associated with incorrect work position in a specific work activity and evaluation of the dependence of productivity on increasing the ergonomics of the workplace.
Process optimization maitenance section Bystronic Czech Republic, s.r.o. company
Doušková, Lucie ; Drlík, Michal (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis focuses on mapping the service department at Bystronic Czech Republic s.r.o. and optimizing it to improve future process conditions. Optimization will include a solution design to improve the functionality of the department so that business goals can be achieved. The evaluation is based on a comparison of data of past periods using a process approach. The introduction describes the analytical and optimization tools from which the data will be used to design the most appropriate solution.
Production processes efficiency improvement based on material flow analysis
Rolečková, Michaela ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is to make production processes more efficient on the basis of material flow. In the theorical part are discribed the history of light production, construction and types of headlight and also optimalization tools. The practical part focuses on the using of optimization tools, especially the materiál flow simulations. By using this method is selected the ideal variant of the process which is decribed and evaluated.
Reliability assessment of the Safety Helmets Manufacturing Process
Kartali, Csaba ; Rozehnalová, Jana (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The theoretical part of this master thesis lists all the necessary prerequisites which are needed in order to carry out a full and comprehensive reliability assessment of any given process. To do so it provides an overview of reliability in general, mathematical and statistical guidance together with a more detailed picture of the application and description of the process by quantifiable indicators. Furthermore it gives an overview of two important analysis tools, such as FTA and FMEA, accompanied by the basic principle and summary of the Six Sigma methodology and tools. The practical part of the thesis deals with the detailed description, quantification and goals of the process of safety helmet manufacturing and testing in order to be able to carry out a suitable assessment of the reliability by using the necessary set of tools and methods in order to identify the failures and their causes in the process by addressing them with suitable means of changes and corrective actions.
Synergistic effect of quality tools
Fuksová, Denisa ; Rozehnalová, Jana (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this work is a theoretical analysis of the quality requirement for the part in the pre-series phase and quality tools. The thesis focuses on the synergy of selected quality tools. The practical part focus on comparison of software, which can be used to create and maintain tools, Subsequently the application od selected methods in a manufacturing company supplying the automotive industry.
Quality Assurance Network
Ježek, Jiří ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with increase of quality of manufacturing process using the QA network. This tool graphically maps the occurrence and detection of defects in manufacturing process so that the defect is detected as soon as possible after its occurrence. The method Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) was used as the source for preparation of Quality Assurance Network. In the thesis, there is an analysis of a current situation in branch of quality – improving process and failure mode and effects analysis. After that there is a realization of QA network and the evaluation of the solved issue in conclusion.
Proposal to change the categorisation of work at the selected workplace
Plánková, Barbora ; Rozehnalová, Jana (referee) ; Maradová, Karla (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with work categorization falling into the issue of occupational health protection. The theoretical part is devoted to current legislative reguirements of the EU, the Czech Republic and relevant standards. It also provides a general overview of the system of public health authorities together with a more detailed description of the work categorization topic and related concepts and requirements. This thesis has been made in cooperation with Varroc Lighting Systems, s.r.o., Nový Jičín. The practical part deals with the suggested change of categorization of the optimized assembly line work positions for car rear lighting (B479 OUTER RL). The main aim of this work is to check the correctness of the classification of individual work positions. The intention of updating the categorization is also to reduce the negative impact of critical risk factors of working conditions, which brings benefits for both employees and employers. The specific course of the classification of individual risk factors with a focus on the noise as a critical risk factor is demonstrated on the riskiest work position of the assembly line. In the end, the achieved results of updated classification of all positions are evaluated. The follow-up changes and the resulting benefits of updating the categorization, including other practical recommendations, are also summarized.
Assessment of production machine ergonomics
Klapetek, Václav ; Kotek, Luboš (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Jana (advisor)
The Master’s thesis addresses the issue of ergonomics. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current ergonomic state of the production line with the subsequent detection of ergonomic risks, the use of various assessment methods and comparison with legislative requirements. After defining the deficiencies, corrective actions are proposed, leading to their elimination and reduction of work intensity. The ergonomic analysis was performed within Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. The analytical part follows up on, in depth, the theoretical part of the work, where all its aspects are listed in addition to the introduction of ergonomics as a scientific discipline.
