Multivalentní glykokonjugáty ve studiu interakce lektinových receptorů NK/NKT buněk
Vannucci, Luca ; Pospíšil, Miloslav ; Rossmann, Pavel ; Chernyavskiy, Oleksandr ; Kubínová, Lucie ; Křen, Vladimír ; Luptovcová, Martina ; Svoboda, Jan ; Kuldová, Markéta ; Bezouška, Karel ; Fišerová, Anna
The events following the administration of GN8 in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo, lead to increased expression of CD69. The CD69-dependent IFNg production is modulated by co-activation of NKG2D and Ly49 receptors. Glycodendrimers can assist the dissection of activation network of NK/NKT cell lectin-like receptors in rat and murine models

Protinádorová účinnost konjugátu na bázi N-(2-hydroxypropyl)metakrylamidu, obsahujícího doxorubicin a normální lidský imunoglobulin
Šírová, Milada ; Strohalm, Jiří ; Rossmann, Pavel ; Mrkvan, Tomáš ; Šubr, Vladimír ; Plocová, Daniela ; Ulbrich, Karel ; Říhová, Blanka
Polymeric conjugate based on HPMA containing cytotoxic drug (doxorubicin) and human “non-specific” immunoglobulin has a significant anti-tumour effect and does not impair immune functions of the host. C57BL/6 mice with EL-4 lymphoma, when completely cured with the conjugate, were protected against the same tumour due to a specific anti-tumour immune reaction

Multivalentní glykomika v imunoterapii experimentálních nádorů

Lectin-like receptors can modulate the cytotoxic, regulatory and dendritic cell responses by their interactions. GN8 multivalent glycoconjugates are able to internalize inside and activate NKR-P1 positive cells inducing production of IFN-gamma and expression of CD69. The final effect is a modulation of anticancer immunity with reduction of cancer growth

Imunomodulační glykodendrimery mají afinitu k endoteliím nádorových a embryonálních cév. Mikroskopické průkazy a perspektivy využití
Vannucci, Luca ; Fišerová, Anna ; Krist, Pavel ; Křen, Vladimír ; Huliková, Katarína ; Luptovcová, Martina ; Rossmann, Pavel ; Difato, F. ; Mosca, F. ; Pospíšil, Miloslav
Glycodendrimers coated with N-acetyl-glucosamine and labeled with a fluorescent dye demonstrate special tropism to neogenerated endothelia in cancer capillaries. Same distribution was observed by confocal microscopy in the new vessels of rat embryo abdominal wall, as in placenta and yolk sack endothelia. Results suggests the presence of a commun target on evoluting endothelia, the nature of which is under investigation.
