The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design a motivation system for a small construction company, which was founded 20 years ago and still has not any motivation system. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on theoretical staff in area of management. The analytical part, which continues with theoretical part, makes theory into the reality and makes needed analysis and methods. The last part, the designing one, offers proposes for increasing motivation of employees, increasing their happiness and leads to their higher performance.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with taxation of prostitution incomes in the Czech Republic. It deals especially with the matter of incorporate activity of prostitution into corresponding legal regulations, in order to tax prostituon incomes in our economic conditions. The main outcome of this thesis will be proposal of the law according to which the prostitution should be taxed with the natural person income tax.

The objective of this thesis is the analysis of marketing communication of Brewery Rychtář, a.s., evaluation of the situation, and suggestion for new communication mix. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology associated with the issue. The analytical part is focused on the characteristics of brewery, SWOT analysis and the current communication mix of brewery. The analytical part is enriched by the results of marketing research that shows how is the brand seen by consumers of alcoholic beverages. The new communication mix, which should lead to improving the current situation, is proposed in the last part of thesis.

In the last part all individual parts of the private kindergarten business plan are detailed and also financial analysis, risks analysis and their limitations.
