Cancellation and invalidity of a European trade mark

Revocation and Invalidity of European Trade Mark Revocation and invalidity of European trade mark, more precisely termed as Community trade mark (hereinafter as "CTM"), is a specific field of trade mark law of the European Union. It is Council Regulation (EC) No 207/2009 of 26 February 2009 on the Community trade mark which forms a legal basis in this regard. The practice of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and especially the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union play very significant role in this area. The practice of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding Directive 2008/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2008 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trade marks is also relevant for the revocation and invalidity of CTM as this Directive provides for the revocation and invalidity of national trade marks in similar manner. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the nature of revocation and invalidity of CTM and individual grounds for revocation and invalidity as well as selected related issues, e.g. of procedural nature. Theology of respect to life in the work of John Paul II. and its possible aplication for environmental ethics

Christianity is for the relationship to nature repeatedly exposed to criticism and expectations.The general objective of this work is to point out the legitimacy of one or the other.More specifically, this thesis deals with the position of man in creation and its relation to the world. The work analyzes the texts of Pope John Paul II., And in his work he tries to map such thoughts and attitudes that are applicable for environmental ethics. The main source of finding solutions to the theology of respect for life and theology of creation of this pope. This work attempts to bring complete complex theological and ethical foundations that could help a person gain a better knowledge in dealing with life and all of nature. The work is divided into three parts. The first environmental elements are searched in the theology of creation of John Paul II. The second part follows the Pope's theology of respect for life. The third part gives an insight into the state of the world, as at the turn of the millennium saw John Paul II., And presented concrete proposals to address the environmental crises that the Pope is aware. Due to the interdisciplinary theme pervades the work of theology, philosophy and environmental ethics.
The Transit Programme in the Jedlicka Institute in Prague

This bachelor paper is engaged in Transit programme, which is realized in Jedlička institute in Prague. Transit programme is service, which occupy by changeover of people from one live stage to other. In that case is target group of this programme students and school-leavers of Jedlička institute in Prague, it means predominately handicapped people. Preliminary this work pay to difficulty of social integration of handicapped people and team which Transit programme put into life. The main part of this paper act with separate process of TP. It describes for example importance of creation personal profile of user TP and process of planning. Followed by bring to attention of employees particular phases of change over, and other services of Transit programme and main principles of this service. The environments and conditions of employment market are described in chapter on employ handicapped people. Their chances and possibilities on open labour market, when this people want be really successful are described in chapter on supported employment. The whole process of Transit programme, which in ideal case end for client with obtaining of valuable working station and exploration of service assisted employment are demonstrated on experiences of factual people in practical part. Grounds for Revocation and Invalidity of the European Union Trade Mark and the Czech National Trade Mark The grounds for revocation and invalidity of the European trade mark (hereinafter as the "EUTM") and the Czech national trade mark (hereinafter as the "Czech TM") represent a specific field of the trade mark law. The Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark forms a legal basis in this field on the level of the law of the European Union and the Czech Act No. 441/2003 Coll., on Trade Marks, as amended, constitutes a legal basis on the Czech national law level. The practice of the relevant authorities, i.e. the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic, and especially the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and relevant courts of the Czech Republic play very significant role in this area. The objective of the present thesis is to design a sports center and provide the relevant design documentation for it. The designed building is situated on a flat plot in Hradec Králové which is intended as a building plot or a sports/relax area. The designed sports center is a two-level building without cellar with a flat roof. The building foundations are designed as foundation strips, mainly from plain concrete. The external, loadbearing, and partition walls are designed with clay blocks POROTHERM. The floor structure is designed with prestressed concrete floor slabs SPIROLL. The thermal insulation is resolved with ventilated facade with facade panels. CEMBRIT SOLID. The building is divided into three individual functional units with one shared entrance. It consists of two sports halls with facilities designed for sportsmen and staff, and a gym together with the facilities for costumers. A restaurant and a kitchen are situated in the second floor.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design a motivation system for a small construction company, which was founded 20 years ago and still has not any motivation system. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on theoretical staff in area of management. The analytical part, which continues with theoretical part, makes theory into the reality and makes needed analysis and methods. The last part, the designing one, offers proposes for increasing motivation of employees, increasing their happiness and leads to their higher performance.
Family house with an establishment

The present bachelor’s thesis processes a design of a newly-built single-family house in the city of Hradec Králové. The design is concerned with a detached two-storeyed building without cellar, a design studio, and a garage for one car, which constitute one complex. The house is designed for a family of four members. The structural system of POROTHERM clay blocks was chosen for the designed building. The floor structure is created with reinforced concrete slabs. The thermal insulation is provided by the ventilated facade. The insulated cladding system is made of fibre cement boards CEMBRIT and timber parallelograms. The whole building is roofed with a flat roof.
