Mobile robot in smart house
Kuparowitz, Tomáš ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Petyovský, Petr (advisor)
Aim of this thesis is to search the market for suitable autonomous robot to be used by smart house. The research in this work is partly done on the range of abilities of smart houses in matter of sensor systems, ability of data processing and their use by mobile robots. The output of this thesis is robotics application written using Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio (C#) and simulated using Visual Simulation Environment. Main feature of this robotic application is the interface between robot and smart house, and robot and user. This interface enables employer to directly control robot's movement or to use automated pathfinding. The robot is able to navigate in dynamic environment and to register, interact and eventually forget temporary obstacles.
Test pattern generation
Hašek, Martin ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on application development for simulation lenses’ optical distortions and also for creation own patterns. In the first part are discussed common problems of optical distortion and concept of software analysis. Further is described realization and implementation of particular modules in the application. In the end is show up graphical user interface and its functionality.
Image processing and automatic solving of nonograms
Udvardy, Bálint ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
In many puzzle books we come across logical puzzles like sudoku or nonograms (also known as griddlers or piccrosses), which demand mathematical logic to solve them. This work focuses on solving nonograms based on digital images of the puzzle taken with a smarthphone or a scanner. This solution is restricted to black and white nonograms, which can be slightly distorted by the angle of the camera during capture.
Data Collection and Processing for Statistical Control of Production Line ABB
Picka, Jaromír ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
Master’s thesis is point to the innovation the data collecting of testing machine of selective circuit breakers. New solution of data collection don’t affect the operations of testing machine. The cost calculation of new solution is included. Master’s thesis also included program solution of SPC methods and application of it to the process of testing the selective circuit breakers.
Hyperspectral Imaging
Zsidek, Adrián ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
The goal of this work is to gain basic knowledge about hyperspectral imaging. The theoretical part discusses data representation, collection, properties of the method and fields of application. It describes possibilities for hyperspectral image classification. The work deals with datasets and describes a collection of one. It shows a state-of-the-art model for hyperspectral imaging. In the practical part it describes the implementation of a classifier, which is based on spectral matching, and shows the results and potential improvements.
Automatic positioning of the rear view mirror
Návara, Marek ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Honec, Peter (advisor)
This thesis solves design of functional device that will be able to automatically positioning back view mirrors according to the positio of driver face. Measuring position of the face provides stereovision of two webacams. The device is based on a computer Raspberry Pi 2 with designed expansion board. The created prototype can follow set view int the mirror with accuracy up to 7 cm (horizontally up to 5cm) in level of rear corner of a car. The results of this project validate design of automatic positioning mirror and it can be basis for specific implementations of the device in car.
Optical measurement system
Opravil, Jan ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation and testing of optical measurement system. There are basic parts of computer vision. Some ways of image preprocessing and templates matching are discussed. Everything is directed to a particular practical task. Selected methods for templates matching are the Correlation Method, the Classical and Hybrid Hausdorff Distance, Radial and Circular Sampling Space. These methods are programmed in C++ and they are compared with function for searching templates from specific library.
Active stereo vision
Doležal, Milan ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
This thesis deals with active stereo method for measurement of objects with transparent layer. In theoretical part of this thesis is described method of active triangulation and method of active stereo. After that, there is research of articles focused on transparent layer in optical measurement. Next chapters deal proposition of measuring system, it's parameters, calibration, procedure and evaluation of measurement. MATLAB was selected as programming platform.
Coupling of images
Gorgol, Martin ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This master’s thesis describes the design and implementation of the application that created the basis set pieces "puzzle" according to the shape of the folded edges of the original image. This application is developed using Matlab. The work also describes how to create a database of actual pieces of the puzzle composite photo image. Closer was also focused on finding the characteristic section points, their segmentation and appropriate description. There is dismantled procedure for selecting the types of symptoms and their extraction. On the basis of suitably described pieces of segmented parts is designed and implemented the algorithm of comparing and grouping into clusters. Using the proposed method of visualization is then displayed in the resulting composite picture puzzle.
Visual head motion monitoring
Sieber, Lukáš ; Babinec, Tomáš (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is based on finding of head rotation and position against stationary shoulders from frames captured by web camera in real time. Furthermore the thesis adverts to benefits of using Open CV. It is also included some Open CV function overview, such as optical flow, 3D-2D points corresponding calculation and among others operations with rotation matrix. The end of this thesis provides outcomes evaluation and future work proposals.
