Webpage as digital evidence
Rezek, Jan ; Míšek, Jakub (referee) ; Harašta, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of securing websites as electronic evidence. It focuses on the analysis of legal regulations and decision-making practice concerning electronic evidence, and on this basis identifies the requirements for its preservation and securing. The thesis also examines the role of hashing functions in maintaining the integrity and authenticity of such evidence. As a result, a tool is designed and implemented for the retrieval and preservation of evidence-quality web content that is consistent with the identified requirements.
Salesian Youth Center in Pilsen
Rezek, Jan ; Opatrný, Aleš (advisor) ; Eliáš, Vojtěch (referee)
Salesian Youth Center in Pilsen Annotation This bachelor thesis describes the foundation and evolution of the Salesian Youth Center in Pilsen. It aims to provide the readers with a comprehensive view of how the Center works with specific target groups; how the basic type of work is expanding - the Center, oratory and parish. The work tries to monitor all of the Salesians who have worked for the project during its gradual expansion to its present form. It describes the impact on its surroundings and what specific activities can be practiced. The thesis also describes "Střecha (The Roof)" project, which is still developing, as well as other projects that have been developed. Salesians Don Bosco Center Youth Pilsen
Quantitative composition changes of sex pheromone in Anastrepha fraterculus depending on age
Zyková, Kamila ; Kalinová, Blanka (advisor) ; Rezek, Jan (referee)
Males of South American fruit fly Anastrepha fraterculus form leks and release sex pheromone to attract females during the reproductive behavior. The aim of my diploma thesis was to collect samples of volatiles released by variously old males, subsequently to analyze and to determine the changes in the quantitative composition of the sex pheromone depending on age. The volatiles were trapped on adsorbent, eluted with hexane containing internal standard and analyzed by gas chromatography with mass detection. Males release twenty volatiles, including fourteen terpenes: α-pinene, camphene, -pinene, myrcene, Δ3-carene, limonene, (Z)--ocimene, (E)--ocimene, aromadendrene, trans-α-bergamotene, (Z)-β-farnesene, (Z,E)-α-farnesene, germacrene D, (E,E)-α-farnesene; one aldehyde: nonanal; two alcohols: (3Z)-non-3-en-1-ol, (3Z,6Z)-nona-3,6-dien-1-ol and three lactones: suspensolide, anastrephin a epianastrephin. From the list of named compounds there were proved antenal activity of six compounds in previous work, namely trans-α-bergamotene, (Z,E)-α-farnesene, (E,E)-α-farnesene, (3Z)-non-3-en-1-ol, (3Z,6Z)-nona-3,6-dien-1-ol and epianastrephin.
Choir tradition in Karlovy Vary with the focusing on Karlovy Vary choir
Rezek, Jan ; Pecháček, Stanislav (advisor) ; Veverková, Jana (referee)
This thesis is focused on choral traditions in the city of Karlovy Vary. It maps music and social life in the city from the 19th century to the present, including some of the major personalities in music. It also concentrates on all the important choir bodies that were or still are active and which were important for the cultural life of the city. Emphasis is placed primarily on the Karlovy Vary Choir, the longest-performing choir in the city, including all choirmasters who participated in the running and artistic leadership of the choir. Memories of the oldest members of the choir, emeritus or still active, are also incorporated. At the end of the thesis, the repertoire of the choir and the pictorial attachment are presented.

Analýza sexuálního feromonu ovocných mušek rodu Ceratitis fasciventris, Ceratitis anonae a Ceratitis rosa
Faťarová, Mária ; Kalinová, Blanka (advisor) ; Rezek, Jan (referee)
Ceratitis fasciventris, Ceratitis anonae and Ceratitis rosa are polyphagous agricultural pests originating from African continent. Their behaviour is heavily altered by pheromones. Insect chemical communication channels are species-specific, represents taxonomic and reproduction barriers. Taxonomy of this group (so-called Ceratitis FAR complex) is unclear. Therefore new chemical approaches along with genetic tests for identification of entities within the cryptic species FAR complex are being developed. To study multi-component mixtures of male volatiles originating from the three mentioned fruit fly species, comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography with time- of-flight mass spectrometer (GC×GC-TOFMS) was used. A number of compounds were identified, out of which 23 were found to be distributed and shared among the studied species, 11 out of these were present in all three species. Analyses of male pheromone volatiles, using gas chromatography combined with electroantennographic detector (GC-EAD) revealed 4 common compounds with antennal activity shared among three studied species: methyl (E)-hex-3-enoate, 6-methylhept-5-en-2- one, linalool, and methyl (2E,6E)-farnesoate. The species-specific EAD active compounds in C. fasciventris were esters of isomers of hexenoic acid, whereas isomers of...
