Elaborate master’s thesis investigates at first the general knowledge of the theoretical background related with the global financial crisis and its subsequent transfer to the automotive industry. After the theoretical examination is master’s thesis analyzing company MS technik in the period before the financial crisis and especially during the drop in production caused by the effects of financial crisis in the automotive industry. The main part of master’s thesis is solving the impacts of the crises and their consequences in MS technik and in particular the proposals and their subsequent application in the enterprise to cope with the effects of financial crisis which in 2008 affected the market of the automotive industry.

Business Valuation

This diploma thesis deals with assesing the value of a specific company and with theoretical aspects of such valuation. A construction company called MORAVOSTAV Brno, a. s. stavební společnost was chosen for the assessment. Based on the theoretical findings a strategic and financial analysis was conducted and the value of the company was established by valuation methods of discounted cash flow and economic value added.

The Diploma Thesis analyzes the possibilities of financing an existing project of public interest with the accent on financing in the form of Public Private Partnership (PPP). The crucial part of theoretical knowledge presents the above mentioned financing option. The following part introduces the real project including cost analysis and the benefits from its realization. The last part is dedicated to the project realization and its evaluation.

The subject of the diploma thesis „Performance evaluation of a company“ is to analyze performance of a company providing travel services in global market. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods of performance evaluation. The analytical part is focused on analysis of the activities including comparasion of financial indicators with competitors in global martket and suggestions for improvments. The final part includes project, which should increase the overal performance of the company.

Thesis treats of effectiveness of innovative plan of company HARTMANN – RICO. In forepart I introduce theoretical findings related to innovative strategy and planning investment activity. The second part applies to identification a company, its history, function, range of products and its results. In the next part I present line of products innovation, whose evaluate I make after that. In conclusion I propound my own analysis proposal.
