Pharmacotherapy of mood disorder

Title of diploma thesis: Pharmacotherapy of mood disorder This diploma thesis deals with the characterization of mood disorders concentrating especially on depression disorders. It presents the classification of mood disorders according to classification MKN-10. The diploma thesis presents patophysiology of depression disorders, their causes, symptoms and progress. It analyses the choice of pharmacotherapy in depression disorders and bipolar affective disorder. It describes individual groups of antidepressants and drugs used for treatement of bipolar affective disorder. It analyses their mechanism of action, indications, contraindications and adverse effects. At the end of diploma thesis states the other use of antidepressants in non- psychiatric indications.

Impact of the Financing of Health Care System on its Performance

The main topic of the thesis is the performance of the health system and its financing as its possible influence. It is based on studies Éric Tchouaketa et al., which assesses the performance of health systems 27 OECD countries, the study states that the best rated countries Australia, Finland, France, Japan, Norway and Sweden, while the Czech Republic lags significantly and is ranked among the States with limited performance health system. The issue that these studies have not addressed is the reason for these differences. The paper summarizes the methods of financing health systems in Finland, Norway and Sweden, which are then compared with the Czech Republic. A further deals with the performance itself, the way it used studies measure the performance and the performance influence.

Promotion of Human Resources in Operational Programme

This thesis will deal with the issues of education and development of human resources in the Czech republic. There will be defined a developnemnt of human resources and its support by the Czech republic in the first part of the thesis. Information about funds of European Union together with structural funds created for period 2007-2013 will be discussed. The second part of this thesis will be focused on a concrete program, which will be analyzed by quantitative and qualitative research.
