The dissertation solves complex sale and purchase of a small farming business in period from February 2006 until June 2007. The progression including final valuation of entire selling process is for both seller and purchaser solved by the business legal issue, taxable and accounting view. Part of the dissertation is also a clarification of theoretical sale and purchase solvents of a business in Czech Republic.

Regionální diferenciace populačního vývoje ve Středočeském kraji: historickogeografická analýza.

The masters thesis deals with the formation of regional differentiation of population development in the Central Bohemia Region. It is a historical-geographic analysis. The preface (chapter 1) defines the object of this work, also it respects presumptions and conditions in accordence with intention of this path. As well it explains the structure and general notion of the work. The discution with literature (chapter 2) deals with already published vocational literature. Third chapter includes theoretic outline of the problem observed. Here are emphasized current trends, but older thoughts are outlined. It also includes terminology related to solved problems. Chapter 4 describes the conditions and determinants that have affected the population development of the Central Bohemia Region. From several perspectives: physical-geographic, socio-economic and taking into account historical aspects. It follows the development of the population of the region in the context of the Czech Republic (5). The following chapter (6) contains an analysis of the regional differentiation of population development. The analysis is based on the study of the influence of partial determinants (railway, administrative function of the seat or hierarchical position of the seat). The seventh chapter contains a synthesis of knowledge, a categorization of regions and a description of the main determinants that contributed to the population development in the region. It also touches the influence of Prague on the area of Central Bohemia. The last chapter (8) summarizes the conclusion.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement an Internet application which aims at simplification of the work of the real estate owners regarding the management of real estates, renters, fees, and rent, monitoring, and calculation of return of investments. The application should contain not only the interface for the owner, but also an interface for renters, which would offer appropriate information to the other side and would allow communication between renters and the owners. The application should be designed with respect to easy use and simple control, in ideal case in a platform independent way.

This bachelors work introduces the proposal of inductional path village Větřní (region Český Krumlov) about. The preface (charter 1) defines the object of this work, also it respects presumptions and conditions in accordence with intention of this path. As well it explains the structure and general notion of the work. The discution with literature (charter 2) deals with already published vocational literature. Third charter includes theoretic outline of the problem observed. In the work used methods (4) were included within. It intends farther topic specification of this path. The characteristic of the area of interest succeeds. Then perform its analysis (recognition), analysis of most significant objects and convenient solution (of the path). Chapter 7 presents the one's own proposal of the instruktional path inclusive of the calculation with expenses, its proper realization and proximity to potency for didactic ability for schools. Last chapter (8) closes the work. The mass end. In addition to one's own work are attached: selected map parts, tables and wide photodocumentation.

This baccalaureate work treats the quantitative and qualitative spatial distribution of bed capacity and ancillary services in the Unhošť region and middle watercourse of Loděnice. The foreword includes the aim, suppositions, strukture and conception of word. The discussion with literature analyses already published works including tourism generally as well as the works paying attention to this region. Within following problems is defined germinate terms, senses, sorts, forms and presumption of travel. Work methodology delimits area watching, describes data, summarizes information, categorizes and classifies object of accodomation facilities and defines the ancillary services. This work also characterises the area delimited from the physical-geographycal and social-economical point of view. The writing is also dealing with the activities about the nature, cultur and history work and many other activities in this region and its position and point of view of turism. Chapter No. 7 analyses quantitative and qualitative space distribution of bed capacities and ancillary services ? therefore it is the key section of this work. Following chapter No. 8 includes the synthesis and evaluation of today´s situation. The results and contribution of this work are summarised in the conclusion. Component of this work are the list of used literature and sources, chartes, tables, maps and supplements.
