The Bachelor work solves the problem of the system of the insurance, the insurance products which are offered on the insurance trade, and the using these products by the business companies. The bachelor work consists of the theory part, which talkes about every notion from the extent of the insurance and risks, and of the practical part, which talkes about the chosen business companies, the analyses of the insurance of the company, the insurance defence and the analyse of the offered insurance care by the chosen assurance companies.

Investment Life Insurance and Individual Investments Connected with Insurance

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of investment life insurance with risk life insurance and individual investment in open mutual funds in the territory of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of life insurance, open mutual funds and as a cross-section of the two products of the investment life insurance. It also describes the main cost indicators that can be used to calculate the cost of the insurance product. The analysis of the current situation is focused on a model example, in which the insurance products are compared and the investment part is evaluated. Subsequent comparison of results, selection of the most effective tool and recommendations are contained in the proposal section. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to determine the best solution for the end customer and to propose possible changes in the investment life insurance to make it more competitive.

The essence of the thesis is to appropriate way of realizing the investments and determine economic benefit.

This bachelor thesis is about the evaluation of the efficiency of the Mlékárna Kunín, a.s. company for the period of 2015-2019 using financial analysis tools. The first part describes the various methods and selected indicators related to financial analysis. The second part contains information about the company and the practical application method and indicators described in the theoretical part. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the last third part proposes solutions that should lead to the improvement of the company's financial situation.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis "The impact of individual financing options on the management of the company" is an assessment of the current financial condition of the selected company and a comparison of banking products with the subsequent selection of the most profitable. To understand the whole issue, the theoretical part of the work contains a definition of basic terminology, a description of the financial structure of the enterprise and the possibilities of financing corporate activities. The second part is practical in nature, contains a brief description of the selected company, an analysis of its financial condition and a comparison of bank financing options.

The last part of the master´s thesis, proposal part contains solution increasing financial stability and leading to desirable development of business activities of the selected company.

Financing of Development Project

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on financing a development project. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical basis in which the concepts related to the development project are embedded. Furthermore, the theory is devoted to the sources of financing development projects, risks and economic indicators related to the evaluation of investments. Another part of the work focuses on the characteristics of the development project, which describes the company, the development project and the expected methods of financing and project risks. The characteristics also include the results of economic indicators, which express the financial advantage of the mentioned sources of financing. The last part of the thesis contains a proposal for the measures of the described risks as well as scenarios of increasing and decreasing the PRIBOR rate and the effect of these changes on the selection of a suitable source of financing for the described development project.
