The Economic Costs of Unfinished Highways in the Czech Republic

This thesis attempts to introduce between economists overlooked topic of highway effects to a wider audience in the hope of promoting discussion about the efficiency of infrastructure investment. It is also believed to be the first academic writing to question, verify, update and extend the offi- cial Czech guidelines used for highway cost and benefit analyses through a wide literature review, making it useful to road transport experts. The main focus is on the unit prices and quantities estimation of various costs and benefits, whereas the software calculation is not analyzed in such detail. Literature review, centered around the European recommendations and related academic research, a brief description of the cost and benefit evaluation of road infrastructure in the Czech Republic, and proposed changes in time costs, accidents, air pollution, climate change, landscape, biodiversity and time indexation are presented. The bachelor thesis describes various structural arrangements of the linkage, the function of the rear shock, the spring with the coil and the air spring. It compares the characteristics of the linkage in two specific motorcycles.
Design of Unconventional Suspension of Tractor's Cabin

The Master’s thesis deals with the design of unconventional tractor cab suspension. It contains overview of current conceptions, mensions description of single components, takes closer look at torsion bar calculations and strength analysis. Subsequently, there is dynamic analysis of suspension in the thesis, performed with use of Adams View software aimed at ride over bump. Last section describes strength analysis of whole construction according to OECD methodics with use of numerical simulations in ANSYS Workbench software. Part of the thesis is also complete drawing documentation.
Design of low-voltage supply and reference block based on the bandgap reference

In this diploma thesis there is elaborated design of low-voltage power supply block using I3T25 technology. The theoretical part describes the basic structures used in the design, using CMOS and bipolar devices. Furthermore, the properties and the analysis used in the evaluation are described. In the design part there is an elaborated design of individual parts, including voltage references, current references, DAC converter, operational amplifier. In the last part, the power supply block is subjected to simulations for verification of temperature compensated output variables and analyzed circuit functionality.

Test Rig Design Proposal for the Experimental Validation of Transmission Parameters in Open Loop Torque Condition

This final diploma thesis deals with the issue of vibration and noise measurement of transmission devices. The research part describes the basic issues of noise and vibration generation, their measurement, as well as sources of vibrations in gear units. The practical part deals with the design proposal of the attachment of the experimental single-stage gearbox and the load dynamometer to the anechoic chamber including the drawings. Further, by checking the modal properties of the proposed test stand, using the finite element method, the analytical and numerical control of the torsional vibrations of the rotating parts with respect to the expected frequency ranges of use.

Choice of the composite shaft design and its design, including proposal of tripod and bonded joint. Design verification by static and dynamic testing. NVH parameter determinantion of plate

The aim of this thesis is examination and verification of numeric model for solving acoustics and vibration problems. Specifically, we are speaking about cast iron plate machined from gearbox. Main objectives of this work is set of experimental and numerical analysis at this simplified part with follow-up numerical model, where same analyses examining not only structure, but especially acoustic space around were performed. Due to this we were able to compare data between experimental and numerical analyses and to be able to prove or disprove functionality and limitation of numerical model.
