Technology of cogwheel cutting

In my bachelor thesis I deal with technology of the production of cogwheel cutting. In the first part I describe the methods of the production of cogwheels by cutting. In the second part I deal with the instruments we need for this production. In the last, the third part I made the technological recommendation according to the attained precision and harshness of the surface of the cogwheels during the production.

Rationalizaton technology of production solid 14.037.270

This thesis deals with the rationalization of the existing body of machining 14,037,270 for five-axis CNC machine HERMLE C20U with Heidenhain control program. The work is focused mainly on streamlining the production of holes in the part. In the introduction technology is developed, which was created by Elakov. Based on analysis of existing housing production technology, new tools have been selected and designed a new technology. By consolidating all of the results efficient and economical production alternative was designed.

Work is focused on theoretic analisis of manufacturing precise shears tools by unconventional technology closely focused on wire electro discharge machining consideration operation costs of this metod.It is discribing development of this method, machines and tools for electrical discharge machining. It is mention facts influencing quality of cut surface during manufacturing of cutting tools, strategy of cutting workpiece, stage and quality of surface layer after WEDM as long with economic viewpoint and benefits of WEDM technology.

Productivity of work at brick industry

Description of the technological process of production and overview of materials applied in the brick-making industry, which are used for the manufacture of fired bricks.The introduction of ground straw as a new material for brick making, which should replace the currently processed sawdust, mainly due to the high price of timber.The result is an overall evaluation of useful characteristics, demands on processing these two materials and their mutual comparison from a technological and economic point of view.

Power and Effectiveness of Photojournalism in the Digital Age

This dissertation thesis deals with the emotional power and effectiveness of photojournalism in the digital age. It focuses on journalistic photographs in the context of their emotional impact and examines the effects of the emotional response on media recipients. At the theoretical level, the work characterizes the origin and development of modern photojournalism and how it has established itself within media as a separate discipline; the digital age and its specifics in relation to modern photojournalism; and the emotional power of photojournalism itself and theories of emotion. It also briefly introduces the concept of visual literacy and defines ethical standards in the work of photojournalists. The analytical part of the work names specific features of the emotional power of photojournalism and the relationship between emotionality and journalistic photography. It also deals with the similarities between journalistic photography and reality and how mediation of reality through journalistic images has an effect on media recipients, again with regard to emotional aspects. There are also described methods of machining of external threads, which include cutting, turning, milling or grinding. The last chapter describes methods of economic comparison of individual machining methods.

Rationalization of a part production

The assigned thesis is focused on the proposal of rationalization solutions to the component Bonnet, which is a standard representative of the most important sections of broader spectrum of customer´s components. The introduction part describes the component basis, according to which the standard representative was chosen, later on characterised from the point of view of seriality. The following large part of classfying the time comsumption in machinery is essential for the calculations as such, which are the essential part of this dissertation. The proposal of production rationalization is concerned with the exclusion of unnecessary losses and using existing ressources with the help of a higher level of machinery, technology, work organisation, production and management, which lead to a higher labour productivity. The technological production preparation ensures the documentation processing, the proposal of semi-finished product, machines, fastening, measuring and calculation of necessary technological specifications for ensuring the production. In the final part, there is to be found the technical and economical evaluation of rationalization proposals, which numerically evaluates the analysed outputs of this thesis.
