The Studies Order Processing in Selected Company

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to a study of order processing in selected company, concretely by Otis a.s, which deals with manufacturing and developing of escalators, Trav-O-lators and elevators. The thesis analyzes actual order processing in the company and specifies particular business processes. Consecutively it indicates new suggestions for improvement, which should shorten order’s processing in the company.

A comparison of chandge of direction speed and reactive agility in football

Title: A comparison of Change of direction speed and reactive agility in football Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of skill of football players in agility and change of direction speed. Also to find out whether these two abilities correlate with each other, if the best players in agility also achieve the best results in tests focused mainly on change of direction speed and which components distinguish these two abilities from each other. Method: By using metaanalysis we first define the parameters of individual performance in football, its requirements and needs at the present time, the importance of change of direction speed and agility for football performance. At the same time, we will determine the differences between the environment and preparation of football players in the Czech republic and abroad. I would like to describe here the components and sub-components of performance in agility and finally introduce the differences between tests focused on change of direction speed and reactive agility. Perioperative disorders of haemostasis

Introduction: Hemostasis is a part of homeostasis. Its effectiveness is based on the functionality of systems that stop bleeding (primary hemostasis, primary and secondary processes of activation) and fibrinolysis. These processes potentiate and antagonize each other. If external endothelial function and integrity are compromised due to external stimuli, this balance is disturbed and thrombosis or bleeding occurs. Autoregulatory mechanisms are primarily able to normalize these pathophysiological conditions to some extent. However, if the supply of platelets or coagulation factors is depleted, there is a risk of bleeding. Excessive activation of the coagulation cascade with, for example, thrombocytosis can lead to generalized arterial or venous thrombosis. Goal: The main goal of this work is to confirm or refute the hypothesis that the combination of pancreatic mucosal malignancies with discontinuation of chronic antiplatelet therapy is associated with a high risk of thrombosis. Secondary goals were to investigate the effect of long-term antiplatelet therapy on long-term survival and incidence of postoperative complications after pancreatic resections performed for pancreatic malignancies. The influence of precipitation on shallow mineral water abstraction

This study focuses on the influence of precipitation on shallow catchments of mineral springs in the special area of Františkovy Lázně. The thesis was made on the basis of the data provided by the company Spa Františkovy Lázně a.s.. The interdependent relations between yield springs, precipitations, atmospheric pressure and the content of free CO2 were studied. These relations were observed onto six springs - František, Luční, Nový, Solný, Železnatý and Žofie. The precipitations were compared with the yield of individual springs. The season was proved by three springs (František, Železnatý and Žofie). Retention of the precipitation was determined for springs František, Solný, Železnatý and Žofie. Considering more than half a year delay, we cannot claim that the precipitations should have a major influence on the dotation of mineral springs. The downtrend was founded for the free CO2 in all researched resources. Significant indirect relation was found using the correlation coefficient between atmospheric pressure and free CO2.

Možnosti ovlivnění růstu v nových výsadbách révy vinné

The first part of this dissertation is a summary of the literature that deals with the possibilities of influencing the growth of young vine plantations properly selecting and preparing the land before planting. Furthermore, it summarizes the basic agro-technical measures, especially in the first year after planting, which has a positive effect on soil microflora, good rooting and managing of moisture. It also discusses the possibilities for the treatment of soil, planting and protection of other organic materials. The second part deals with an experiment that explores the possibility of using tablet supplemental nutrition containing macro and micro elements in the planting of a young vine in three variants. The first option is a control without application, the second variant with the application of a single tablet, and a third variant administration of two tablets. The experiment took place in the Austrian wine region Traisental in 2015-2016 on the variety Grüner Veltliner. The results confirmed that the tablet supplemental nutrition had a positive effect on the growth of young plantations. However the difference in growth between the versions with one and two tablets was insignificant. Applications of this product may be recommended.
