The diploma thesis solves the new building of the medical facility. The building will serve as a home for people with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. The facility will be equipped and equipped to provide modern nursing care that focuses on Alzheimer's clients in all stages of the disease and other types of dementia. If necessary, a nursing doctor with a nurse will be present in the facility. The nursing doctor has a separate medical office in 1st floor. In addition, a phototherapeutic beach in the 1st floor, which has a favorable influence on human psyche and helps in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, will also serve to the clients. Furthermore, it will be possible for the clients of this facility to use the accompanying services of commuter hairdressers and pedicurists / manicurists who will use the multipurpose room (canteen) in their 2nd floor for their work. The kitchen has been designed to prepare and dispatch imported food.
Elastic proton-proton collisions at high energies
Procházka, Jiří ; Kundrát, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Osterberg, Kenneth (referee) ; Nemčík, Ján (referee)
Under the influence of standardly used (however, very simplified) description of Coulomb-hadronic interference proposed by West and Yennie (1968) the protons have been interpreted as "transparent" objects; elastic collisions have been interpreted as more central than inelastic ones. This property may be hardly put in agreement with the fact that in the majority of hadronic collisions many different particles have been created at high energies. Using the more general eikonal model it will be shown that the protons may be interpreted in agreement with usual conception; elastic processes being more peripheral than inelastic ones. The contemporary TOTEM experiment at the LHC accelerator in CERN devoted to measurement of elastic pp scattering and diffractive processes at the highest ever reached energies will be described. The eikonal model will be explained to greater details, generalized and applied to experimental data of elastic pp collisions under different assumptions at 52.8 GeV (older ISR data measured at CERN) and also at much higher energy of 8 TeV (new TOTEM data). The impact of different assumptions on determination of several quantities specifying hadron interaction will be studied. Mainly the assumptions influencing behaviour of elastic collisions in dependence on impact parameter of colliding...
Elastic proton-proton collisions at high energies
Procházka, Jiří ; Kundrát, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Sýkora, Tomáš (referee) ; Dubnička, Stanislav (referee)
The proton, one of the basic constituents of atoms, was discovered around 1920. Its structure has been intensively studied since that time mainly with the help of proton- proton collision experiments. Main progress has started when corresponding experiments at the world's first hadron collider ISR at CERN which ran from 1971 to 1984 were performed. The understanding of the structure and interactions of this subatomic particle protons has been, however, rather incomplete. Only some very general models have been available especially in the case of higher collision energies when very different kinds of collisions have existed. Some very simplifying assumptions of unclear physical meaning have been then involved in models concerning elastic processes. The influence of these assumptions on physical interpretation has started to be studied and some progress has been made when the eikonal model has been proposed, i.e., the dependence of elastic collisions on corresponding impact parameter values has been taken into account from the beginning. However, even if some new results have been obtained many unanswered questions have remained. For example, the collision process has been denoted generally as probabilistic but corresponding probabilities have not been sufficiently defined and determined. The given thesis contains,...
Conversion of nursery school
Piškulová, Veronika ; Procházka, Jiří (referee) ; Sobotka, Jindřich (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with project documentation of new kindergartens in the cadastral area Rohatec. The building is self-standing, two-storey with a partial basement. It is a building designed for the upbringing and education of pre-school children. The capacity of kindergarten is 48 children divided into two classes. Part of the operation is a food preparation zone. The building is designed as a brick made of porous concrete blocks with mineral insulation, based on basic concrete passages. The roofing of the kindergarten is using warm flat roofs.
Modernisation of agricultural building
Seifert, Jan ; Procházka, Jiří (referee) ; Sobotka, Jindřich (advisor)
The project deals with the modernization of the agricultural building which leads to a change of the using building. In an effort was to make use of the building which goes to into ruin and to create jobs in this location. The building is located on the plot no. 212 on the north of outskirts of Opatovice I.. In the area there is a cowshed and a silage trough. The former cowshed will be rebuilt into a woodworking facility constituted by manufacturing and administrative part. The silage trough will be used as a waste stock. A new outdoor wood store will be built in the northwest part of the plot. The administrative building will be added to the main building with a basement made from permanent formwork. The ground floor and the first floor are made of clay bricks and reinforced concrete cross-reinforced slab 150 mm thick. The internal partitions in the 1st floor are made of clay block prartitions 115 mm thick. The internal partitions in the 2nd floor are plasterboard 100 mm thick. Rebuilding involves a large number of demolition work for example new openings in existing walls. The whole woodworking facility will be insulated by a certified thermal insulation system 100 mm thick on the production part and 180 mm thick on the administrative part. The object is covered with saddle roof shaped letter "T" with a sheet metal cover. The original hard landscaping will be replaced by an asphalt road.

Comparison of the current development of the Chinese and Indian economy
Procházka, Jiří ; Žamberský, Pavel (advisor) ; Hasík, Gabriel (referee)
The goal of this bachelors thesis is to find the cause behind current uneven economic landscapes of China and India. I have achieved this goal through utilising comparative analysis. Through the analysis, I have determined that both economies developed in a similar fashion up until the 1960s. After this period I have compared the economic development of both countries until the end of the Indian transformation period in the year 1998. I focused on the transformational process of both countries, specifically the aspect of opening up of both economies to foreign trade and capital i.e. I compared their trade and investment policies. Via the content of these policies which I confront with the macroeconomic reality I determined their effectivity and I searched for key differences that are responsible for the current uneven economic state of the two countries. The main differences that I describe in the paper are the differences in sector structure (Indian focus on services as opposed to Chinese focus on manufacturing), opposite approaches to producer surplus and the execution of the transformational process (the aspect of opening up).
Reporting of socioeconomic data using R Markdown
Sládek, David ; Sobíšek, Lukáš (advisor) ; Procházka, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis does theoretical as well as practical research in R Markdown tool. The practical part should serve as a guide for new users of this system. The description of features of this tool is shown directly at this thesis, because it is completely written in R Markdown. The second part investigates the possibility of quantification of religious belief's strength in several European countries and comparison of this belief among them. For this purpose has been used basic tools of contingency analysis. The results show different tendencies of strength of belief among some countries.
