This thesis deals with the preparation and organization of construction of Logistic center of waste for processing biologically decomposable waste in Vsetín. It is focused mostly on technological procedure of realization of main building object, based on the budget, the progress chart, the technological instructions and the inspecting and test plan. The thesis also contains a description of other objels with time and financial planning. It is designed and described the construction site equipment, the composition of machinery for construction and the design of the supply of material resources.

The position of national courts within international commercial arbitration

The main aim of this thesis is to explain the substance and function of intervention of the national courts in international commercial arbitration, explanation of its necessity and notice of possible danger connected to it. Besides describing all the principal situations when national courts usually participate in the proceedings, the attention is also given to concrete legislations and fundamental differences between them. The main focus is on Revised UNCITRAL Model Law of December 2006, which influenced the significant part of national legislations. Limitedly the thesis also deals with legislations and case-law of the United States of America, Great Britain, France and Germany. There is also clarified the specifics of the Czech national legislation at the end of the chapters. The thesis is divided into two logical units. At the beginning of the first part you can find an introduction to international commercial arbitration in the form of a brief historical excursus, an explanation of differences between the court proceedings and arbitration, a description of particular kinds of arbitration and an enumeration of both Czech and international sources of law. Critical thinking

This Diplomas thesis is focused on critical thinking. The main goal of this thesis is to define methods and tools leading to improvement of critical thinking in decision making and problem solving. The thesis is divided into five parts. First part is about characteristic of current world and importance of critical thinking in it. Second part defines fundamental errors in judgment and provides methods that could prevent these errors to occur. Third part is about fallacious arguments and philosophical concepts which define to which problems use of critical thinking is appropriate. These concepts could also help to simplify our decision making. Fourth part describes methods to enhance our cognitive abilities and rational thinking. Fifth part summarizes methods and tools leading to improvement of critical thinking.

The comparison of the regulation of joint-stock company in the Czech Republic and in Russia

The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with basic information about doing business in Russia and about options of entering this market (entering in cooperation with a local partner, establishment of commercial representation, a subsidiary, a company and about specifics of joint ventures in Russia). The second and the main aim of this thesis is to compare the Czech and Russian regulation of the joint-stock company and this way to draw the attention of the people interested in establishment of this type of corporation to main differences compared to a well-known Czech law. After a general introduction the main part of this thesis if focused on comparison of the most important parts of the regulation which determine the functioning of the joint-stock company -- regulation of the shared issued by the company, rights and duties of the shareholders, bodies of the company.

Mladá Boleslav is a town located near Prague in Central Bohemia Region. Mladá Boleslav has a long history, but nowadays it is in the first place an industrial town producing Škoda cars. The town also offers a lot of attractions for the visitors and for its inhabitants. The aim of this work is to analyse the current marketing communication of the town and to suggest measures improving the promotion of Mladá Boleslav.

Collection of the debts out of consumer credits

The Bachelor thesis describes the whole process of collection of debts from the first day of the debtor's delay with paying-off, risk loan origination and running of out-of-court collection in the bank to eventual collection in the execution proceedings, whereas the main part of the thesis has been focused on the judicial proceedings. The thesis practically describes especially the real procedures used in solving risky and hardly enforceable debts in the banks as well as by collection and law offices specialized for this type of work, and also explains the relations between these subjects. The reader should understand, why the sides are acting in particular situations in the described way and not differently. This thesis has been written to be used as a practical manual for banks, collection offices and their employees or potential creditors, who are interested in buying some claimes. The possible debtors on the other hand can get to know some methods, which could be applied to minimalize the negative results connected with their financial shortcoming and unability to pay.

Comparison of banking system in Australia and in the Czech Republic

The bachelor's thesis is focused on banking in Australia. It defines its main characteristics such as structure of financial market, commercial banking and reaction of the banking system to financial and economic crisis. Banking system of the Czech Republic is also characterized for following comparison with the Australian banking system. The last part of the thesis is focused on comparison of banking system in Australia and in the Czech Republic. There are main indicators such as comparison of central banks and models of financial supervision, structure of banking sectors, financial structure of banking sectors, concentration and competition in the markets, effectiveness and profitability, capital adequacy and indicator of liquidity.

The Possibilities of Usage of Houska Castle in Tourism

Houska is one of the tourist attractions of Máchův kraj region. Originally gothic castle, later rebuilt in renaissance style, Houska was opened for public visitors for the first time ever in 1999. In 2008 the castle was opened for public for 10 years. The aim of this work is to evaluate the successfulness of Houska and to describe the castle's potential and possibilities for its usage in tourism.
