Recomposed family and its influence on child development

(in English): This master thesis focuses on the children of preschool or younger school age living in recomposed family. The purpose of the thesis is to draw attention to this topic and point out risks that it could influence child development as well as describe this topic within its complexity and social contexts. The theoretical part presents the institution of family and its evolution over the last decades. Afterwards presents recomposed family by describing what anticipate this phenomenon, types of recomposed family and relationships between its members. The empirical part applies a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews. The research sample consisted of five experts in child psychology. The research problem could be formulated as a question: Which parts of the phenomenon of recomposed family could have effect on child development? The results of the analyzes of this research describe the topic and its parts remaining important in counselling or terapeutic work with children from these families. These parts are approach towards recomposed family, structure, communication, themes, types of recomposed family, adressing/calling by name, dissimilarities between adult's and child's perspective, sibship and perceived complications. Terbinafine-loaded biodegradable polymeric systems for topical administration

CHARLES UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF PHARMACY IN HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY Author: Tereza Pokorná Title of Diploma thesis Terbinafine-loaded biodegradable polymeric systems for topical administration Supervisor: PharmDr. Eva Šnejdrová, Ph.D. In the diploma thesis the released properties of solid dispersions with terbinafine, based on polyesters of D,L-lactic acid and glycol acid, branched with pentaerythritol and tripentaerythritol are studied. The theoretical part deals with solid dispersions, their classification and methods of preparation, methods of drug dissolution testing, properties, effect, use of terbinafine and preparations containing terbinafine. In the experimental part, solid dispersions were prepared by the melting method. The drug was incorporated into the polyester in the form of a hydrochloride or a base in a concentration of 10 % or 20 %. Some systems were plasticized with 30% triethyl citrate. Thin layers were formulated from solid dispersions, and drug dissolution tests were performed on phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 37 řC. Assay of terbinafine released was performed spectrophotometrically at 223 nm and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. The issues of juvenile criminal justice

The topic of my Master's degree thesis is "The issue of criminal juvenile justice". It is focused on the area of unlawful acts of youth and children under fifteen years old. I chosed this topic because of my interest in this area. The main focus of my thesis is juridical, and minor part is also devoted to criminal aspects. I focus mainly on the sanctions. Thesis is divided into seven chapters and further split into subsections. In the first chapter I describe basic facts of the youth criminal acts. I'm focusing mainly in the characteristic criminal conducts and behaviors. The following chapter is focused on Juvenile criminal justice and mainly Law No. 218/2003 Coll. It deal with the purpose of the law and the basic concepts. The third chapter describe the area of the legal accountability of youth people, it means the question of legal accountability and moral and intellectual maturity. It deals with issue of insanity and age limit for criminal accountability of youth. In the fourth chapter I have focused on the termination of criminal liability, active repentance and the Limitation of the law. Context of family upbringing style and aggression in children of younger school age

The bachelor thesis focuses on a context of family upbringing style and aggression in children of younger school age. The Fairy Tale Test and The Parental Styles Questionnaire for the children from 8 to 12 years old are used as the methods to assess the context of this issue. The theoretical part aims to define the developmental stage of younger school age underlying notions related to upbringing of a child and its behavior typical for the stage. The last part describes the concept of aggression or aggressivity. Furthermore, its specifics in childhood are presented. The empirical part specifies the possible ways of examinating the issue, mainly through the methods mentioned earlier and proposes alternatives of using the data we have gained. Treatment of dual diagnosis in community/social psychiatry

The presented paper deals with the issue of dual diagnosis from the point of view of community/social psychiatry. The main aim of the paper is to introduce readers to the issues of dual diagnosis and ways how to reach recovery and interpret individual case studies to demonstrate approach of case management in social services of community/social psychiatry, to explore the aetiology and interaction of diseases and to map the internal potential and the external sources of recovery of individual clients. The main point of the theoretical part is the analysis of integrative treatment approach of dual diagnosis. The theoretical basis is to introduce readers to the existing system of mental health care in the Czech Republic, which currently undergoes the transformation of medical institutional treatment into developing community/social psychiatry. One of the applied approaches of community/social psychiatry is case management that focuses on recovery of clients and their psychosocial rehabilitation. The focus of this thesis is the life of the family of the Austrian state chancelor Clemens Metternich as evidenced in letters addressed to him by his son Viktor. The thesis also provides an overview of the life of the family of Franz Georg Metternich, father of Klemens Metternich, and a comparison of the two families. An outline of the lineage is included as well. The centerpoint of the work is a thorough analysis of the aforementioned correspondence and a subsequent assembly of Viktor Metternich's biography and portfolio. This man proves to be an interesting historical figure, despite having been so far mostly overlooked in scientific works.
