Effect of Physiotherapy on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

This bachelor thesis deals with a problem of pelvic floor dysfunction and the effect of a physiotherapeutic intervention on them. The pelvic floor dysfunction is a very broad range of disorders which may accompany a woman all her life or they appear in relation to women's life cycle. Whether it is a painful menstruation, sexual intercourse, urinary incontinence or other difficulties, these disorders have always a great influence on the woman's quality of life. Given the fact that it is also a very multifactorial issue, a complex therapy is needed. Each time we must consider the individuality of a female patient, the state of her body and primarily of her mind. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, anatomy and kinesiology of the pelvic area is described, as well as the vertebrovisceral relations, selected pelvic floor disorders, characteristic functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and also the present physiotherapeutic methods. The practical part is concerned with own study, in which seven female patients participated. The effect of therapy of musculoskeletal system and its influence on the above-mentioned dysfunction was tested on them. An initial kinesiological analysis was performed on each patient, which showed her current problems and conditions of her musculoskeletal system. The functional disorders, which were found, were recorded to a table, since the patient's initial and final state could be better appraised that way. All patients underwent mainly a manual therapy and were educated on correct breathing and a corrected posture. Each patient was trained and received a booklet with a set of exercises, which activate the pelvic floor muscles, to do at home. The goal of the thesis is to summarize the issue, describe various physiotherapeutic methods and their effect on pelvic floor dysfunction. This thesis can be used for education of the professional and also lay public about possibilities of the pelvic floor physiotherapy, which is nowadays in great demand, but not so widely used like other physiotherapeutic techniques of different illnesses.

Education system in a selected company

The major aim of the diploma thesis is to specify a state of employees' education system in a selected organization and propose new processes and potential changes in human resource management. The thesis contains specification of the company´s education, its areas and goals, term of human resources, systematic training of employees and its sub-parts. The questionnaire survey method, statistical methods and analysis of company´s processes were used to meet the target. Necessary information was obtained from company´s employees, reports and representatives of the human resource department. The questionnaire survey was distributed at the beginning of 2020. 500 questionnaires were distributed across the organization. 424 questionnaires were completed and returned. The rate of return was around 84.8 %. The questionnaire contained 19 questions. The results of questionnaire survey are shown in the form of graphs. The goal of questionnaire survey was to know opinion company´s employees. The questionnaire survey was also used for statistical analysis. The dependence of selected data was tested in statistical analysis. Evaluation of the obtained data led to suggestion of potential changes. The proposed changes concerned of the current education offer, languages courses, a soft skills development and employees' motivation to education. A significant savings could be achieved by extending the list of internal trainings to include Microsoft Excel spreadsheet courses, which now are trained by external lectors.

Usage of financial means from EU funds and Czech republic's public budgets for allowance to secondary school teachers

The main objective of the thesis is the analysis and evaluation of support from EU sources and public budgets of the Czech Republic in the field of education of secondary school teaching staff. The analysis was carried out on all operational programmes of the current programming period and other grant or subsidy titles relevant to this work. Partial goal of the work - the success or failure of finances was evaluated on the basis the subsidy call. Component of the practical part is also an outline of the development of the educational support of secondary school teaching staff and another topic is practical recommendations for future project implementers,.

The Role of Sexuality in the Narratives of Samguk Yusa

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the role of sexuality in the narratives of the Samguk Jusa chronicle and its symbolism and normality. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first presents a theoretical framework of the role of sexuality in religion and mythology and also describes the perception of sexuality in the Koryeo period when the chronicle was written down. The second, practical part divides the stories according to the type of sexuality expressed in them and examines and interprets its roles. Key words: Samguk Yusa, sexuality, Iryeon, buddhism

Determination of arsenic species in seafood reference materials by ICP-MS with hydride generation and cryotrapping

The aim of this work was to determine chemical species of arsenic in sea originating certified reference materials. Measurements were done using method of hydride generation. Hydrides were preconcentrated in liquid nitrogen cooled tube and detected using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. During the testing of the method, mutual conversion of arsenic species was observed for inorganic arsenic, monomethyl arsenic and dimethylarsenic. Further study revealed that with presence of matrix and hydrogen peroxide, demethylation occured only in hydride generation phase, not during extraction. Dissociation of hydrogen peroxide in extracts was verified using catalase. End of the demethylation process was proved using measurement with addition of arsenic species standards. The newly invented procedure was used to determine arsenic species in reference materials with sufficient accuracy. Final results are compatible with results from different method, and already published results as well. Personnel management in selected company

Owing to low unemployment in these days companies need to have a perfect personnel management to get the best employees in the market. The company described in the paper has the same problem. It needs to get perfect employees and this thesis tries to help them by means of analysis, questionnaires and explorations. The company Stavebniny DEK a. s. is located in Jihlava. It deals with supplies of materials and services for construction industry. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current state of personnel management in a company. The analyses are intended on the recruitment and selection of employees, company education and the other personnel activities. All needed information was obtained from employees, managers and company´s reports. The results of research and analyses show the current function of personnel management in the company and suggest changes to improve the management.

Speciation analysis of inorganic arsenic in seafood material

This thesis was focused on extraction of individual arsenic species from reference materials of fish protein DORM-3 and DORM-4. Extracts were then analyzed by a hydride generation method with detection by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Materials were extracted in two ways - in a microwave device and in a heating block. It was found that extraction with 2% nitric acid is not efficient. Extraction performed in 2% nitric acid with addition of hydrogen peroxide at various concentrations increased the extraction yield, but it caused conversion of arsenic species. This conversion would mean the overestimation of inorganic arsenic content.

The Evaluation of the Selected Region from the Point of View of Readiness to the Development of Tourism

This work explores the level of the microregion Pelhřimov from a tourism point of view. The main target of this work is to propose a strategy for more intense and greater development of tourism in this microregion. The methodology of the work includes analysis and synthesis of localization and implementation assumptions of the microregion. A strategy for the sustainable development is proposed on the basis of the detected results. The results of the work serve as a basis for the strategic documents of the city and region.
