V diplomové práci se zabývám specifiky příspěvku na péči, jako formy finanční pomoci při úhradě poskytované sociální péče. Teoretická část charakterizuje a shrnuje legislativní rámec, zásadní změny v oblasti sociálních služeb a podmínky pro poskytování v případě nepříznivé životní situace.
Praktická část obsahuje výzkum a výsledky financování domova pro seniory.

Subsidy fraud in the Czech republic, their detection and legal lability

My thesis titled ,,Subsidy frauds in the Czech Republic, their revealing and legal responsibility" in its theoretical part describes the legal framework of frauds and subsidy frauds in the Czech Republic. It pays attention in detail to particular Czech laws and compares them with other EU countries legislation.
In practical part of the thesis I have analysed particular criminal acts beig concentrated primarily on types of perpetrators, their motivation and modus operandi. That part of the thesis i also assessing present situation, legislation development and procedures followed by the authorities actice in criminal proceeding within period of time after the Czech Republic joined the EU.
As a conclusion I'm pointing out indispensability of legal responsibility and having a think about future legislation development and changes in actual wording of respektive laws.

Employment in a state-funded institution

This bachelor thesis is focused on employment in a state-funded institution. It is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part.
The theoretical part deals with analysis of legal regulations and their interpretation. The method of description is used in this part. The focus in legal regulations is on the problems of a state-funded institution, namely on the legal position and functioning and on management. The focus is also on labour relations, from the general definition to the conclusion of employment for a fixed period of time. The analysis of legal regulations is complemented with interpretations of authors of specialized publications.
Direct and indirect quotations are used in the text and are marked with footnotes.
The empirical part of this thesis deals with the application of legal regulations in a particular state-funded institution. The order of researched areas is in accordance with the theoretical part. The method of comparison and study of documents and internal regulations are used for analysing the data.
The primary research has shown that the legal regulations are applied without difficulty. The discovered discrepancy between the used terminology and the terminology in the Civil code does not invalidate legal documents and thus there is no need to mark it as a defect which needs to be fixed. Suggestions for discussion have been made, for which measures were proposed in the concluding part. The suggestions relate to arrangement of employment for a fixed period of time and its change to permanent contract and to allowance from the founder as a financial mean of a state-funded institution.

Cílem mé práce je poskytnout přehled o činnostech Probační a mediační služby, vymezit základní pojmy, zjistit v čem je její činnost přínosná především pro pachatele a poškozeného a porovnat nákladnost alternativních trestů v porovnání s výkonem trestu ve vězení a vazbě.
Najít problémy, se kterými se v rámci svého působení Probační a mediační služba potýká a navrhnout jejich případná řešení.
Při zpracování budu vycházet z nastudované literatury a z poznatků, které jsem získala při pohovorech s probačními pracovníky.

This thesis with topic proceeding administrations. Theoretical part is focused charakteristic the offence proceedings as a whole, according to the Act of Offences adn Administrative Code, which explains the basic principles and concepts with I would like to explain.
The practical part is focused on the Commission´s proceedings dealing with ofeenses city Pečky. Expecially with my work will relate to offenses that were committed in this territorial for the perriod 2001-2015, focusing description of illegality and about what kind of offenses are.

The role of public administration in the field of public health protection

Masters thesis deals with an issue of public authorities which protect and support public health using their competences. It identifies selected public authorities in the theoretical part and also it explores their jurisdiction. Mentioned authorities are administrated by the different ministries. Thats why there is a focus on practical activities of these authorities. Particularly, there is the focus on the overlapping in their ordinary, preventive and repressive competences. On the other side, attention is also paid to cooperation between the public authorities and its importance. Practical part of the thesis is aimed on some competences imperfections between the authorities, especially in the field of the public catering. There is the main Czech public law in the centre of attention which covers public food safety. Problems with practical application of this law, especially the problems with application of its amendments, are shown on the several practical examples. At the end, the thesis mentioned advantages and disadvantages which provides the amendments for the owners of the food companies and their customers.

Firefighters from occupation by unit of volunteer firefighters

The thesis deals with the establishment, management and work of profesional firefighters. But not the work of members of the Fire and Rescue Service, but members of the teams of the volunteer firefighters of the village, who carry out their activities in the unit as their principal occupation.
This thesis has two parts. In the first, theoretical part, I deal with legal standards which govern the emergence of units of the volunteer firefighters of the municipality, its functioning in the system of the Integrated Rescue System, organizational and operational management unit features professional fire in the unit and the demands of their professional and physical fitness, education and training. The practical part is devoted to mapping of SDH units in the Czech Republic, whose members carry out activities as their main occupation and analysis of the financial costs incurred by the employer in the functioning of the unit with the fire of occupation.
In conclusion, I summarize the findings of acquired technical knowledge, analyzing the costs of running the unit and the practical experience professional firefighters, and mention the recommendations for the founders, who decide to employ a firefighter by profession.
